Staff is co-operative, food is good. Location of hotel was very near to airport

It was a decent hotel with okish breakfast, lunch and dinner.Staff behaviour was quite good

Bed and mattress were worst. I have stayed in 2-3 star hotels too earlier in many other cities but this was my worst experience. Our whole family 's back was paining in the morning. No body could sleep well for 2 nights (my stay was for 2 nights)

Breakfast was good and had good options. Good service

the AC wasnt working either during dinner or during breakfast.....It was literally 40 degrees hot and humid and the cooling issue was there in the dining area.Asked them to switch on the bar AC multiple times but they didnt....so was having beer in the bar with no AC at 40 degrees so one can imagine.

Night staff is absolutely untrained, they try too hard but do not deliver at all, night supervisor Tejaswini is incompetent or untrained or both. She along with her entire team should be fired. I was not allowed to eat my dinner at the restaurant at 11:30 pm and i was told the next day morning that restaurant is open 24/7.

Loved the hotel, friendly staff and excellent hospitality.

The hotel beeds some investing to upgrade the rooms which have a damp smell on the 6th floor.

Cockroaches running everywhere in room and resturant. Dustry and unclear resturant and room. Moreover, they promised breakfast included, but at the time of check out , they charge extra 3000 Ruppes for breakfast. Do not trust their words, get everything in writing.. Not so professional staff. Very bad service.. All waiters waiting for tips and extra money.

1. Such a nightmare getting the TV on! Why don’t you have a simpler system like a Tatasky !! 2. The Furnuture Etx were old. 3. You need better (much more whiter) towels 4. Breakfast - the masala dosa should be renamed because it was nowhere near one. The guys don’t know how to make true blue sambar.

ask for food bill payment at midnight, while sleeping, food was sent with out cutlery , wait get cutlery to have food , .

The staff is very polite and courteous. House keeping staff is excellent. Breakfast is good, but could hve been better.

Lot of noise created by the food trolley in the night due to in room dinning services, but when we complained, the noise was take care of.

Everything. Staff is too good from security to reception to kitchen. Great service, food!

Plenty: I did not get the sort of room I requested; the food was atrocious; the “systems were updating” when I was checking out so they couldn’t give me a bill or charge me. Re the food, the less said about dinner or breakfast the better. The location is deeply questionable, just off a highway outside the city. The room and bathroom could do with a deep clean if not a complete overhaul. Had this been a medium range, mid-price hotel, I would have expected all of this and taken it in my stride. But this was a pricey place that sells itself as a five-star.

It was an average people, very hard to believe it is Marriot bonvoy group.

They mixed up my wedding outfit thinking that it was someone's else. The staff are absolutely incompetent! Slowest service and not value for money

Thanks to Ms. Sakshi who helped me out to plan a surprise for my mother’s birthday with a beautiful cake!

The access road is under construction - the hand shower was broken and had to call the room service to fix it. The ketley was not working. The room does not justify the rate charged by the Le Meridien. Radisson Blu is better than Le Meridien in Nagpur.

Breakfast

We initially booked three separate rooms, but upon arrival, we were informed that we had been upgraded. Instead of three individual rooms, we received one separate room and a suite. While the staff described it as an upgrade, it didn’t feel like one.The suite included two rooms, but only one had a proper door, and there were no room amenities provided. While this setup might be suitable for families, it is not ideal for colleagues traveling for work.Additionally, I recommend training your staff to offer appropriate suggestions based on guest requirements. I would also advise future guests to record their conversations with staff to avoid misunderstandings, as the promises made during discussions were not honored, and the terms seemed to change randomly

We booked three separate rooms. While one was upgraded, another was a suite with two separate bedrooms, as explained by your team member. Unfortunately, one of the rooms didn’t even have a door, offering no privacy or amenities. While this setup might work for a family with kids, it is unsuitable for business travel. This was highly unexpected, and we are genuinely dissatisfied
