The art and architecture of this hotel is gorgeous. It has many similarities to the city palace. The 2nd floor cafe is so beautiful and made it worth the whole experience. The rooms were decent. Location is walking distance to many things.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. This hotel has a lot of nice art work inside to view and the location is close to many interesting things to see. The hotel is great value for the price.

Sometimes it would take a little longer to get our food when dining.

LOCATION

The rooftop restaurant is nice, but in the winter season, it should be closed whease it is open and due to this you can not enjoy your food.

The location was good but too much traffic around the location. Countless horns and dust around the location.

The management was amazing , very understanding and co-operative and accommodating with everything.The breakfast was also amazing.

Staff was super kind, everything very clean and beautiful rooms. They gave free water as well.

The rooms were ok in size and the beds clean. A/C worked well. Restaurant food was good if you have dinner or lunch, not breakfast.

1.Parking was a hassle, basically there is no parking space. I had to go and manage it with staff every time. It’s falsely advertised as having proper parking. 2. Location doesn’t overlook anything so don’t be fooled by it. 3. Horrible bathroom design, taking a bath meant the whole bathroom got water everywhere, no separation. 4. Hot water was inconsistent 5. They have separate food vendor so if you order room service you have to pay cash every time. 6. Staff didn’t always follow up on what was requested (basic facility like bathroom mat were not provided to begin with)All these facilities would have been ok for half the price that i paid or for a 2 start property

Location, the roominess of our Deluxe King Room, hospitality of the staff specially at the dinning area, on the roof top.

There was a problem with lightings in the bathroom which was fixed the following day.

The hotel is of beautiful palace-style inside and outside. Short walking to the old city and main attractions. Fantastic views from the restaurant and roof top terrace. Breakfast/lunch/dinner were tasty. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bloom! From check-in to check-out, the staff was so attentive to our needs and comfort. Loved the rooftop bar/restaurant. We were here for a wedding, so most of the hotel guests were family and friends. The manager and staff were great about coordinating clothing delivery, transportation, and clearing the restaurant area so we could practice our "Bollywood" dancing. The decor of the rooms was impressive. The manager is very expert on the miniature painting that the area is known for.

Hotel is on a busy street so do bring ear plugs if you are noise-sensitive.

location is not as good as mentioned. it has no lake view. for breakfast, restaurant only has vegeterian option, no even egg. and first night i was given a different room. after a long and exhausting journey to the city, it was quite dissappointing to know that they didnt have the room that i booked, due to some reservation issue. they gave me a very small room, way different than what i booked. they tried to make it up with a free breakfast. and the next day i was taken to the original room. be sure that you booking and given the right room.
