No mirror in the bathroom. Toilet did not flush correctly. Website does not show you what room you get

Location good, safe parking

Mattress need to be replaced. Found two cockroches. TV did not work.

Very nice view and room was clean and quiet.

Restuarant is not up to Standard with the food and the feeling I got was that the Chief did not put proud into making the food and I could off made better food at home. The options are very limited, and everything that we ordered was out of stock which as was disappointing, like no coffee, no sough dough bread..... . The Durban Curry that my husband and I ordered did not taste like curry at all and was not even a very mild curry (no taste of curry) and it seems if the food is made very long before and then just re-heated when ordering. The restaurant needs to be made a more welcoming place and have a nice atmosphere

The view was perfect, I love watching the sunset from my window. The sound of the waves at night was also my highlight.

Internet network was poor

The location was ok

First of all the hotel name differs from the name on booking.com. It was therefore a struggle finding the hotel as it has a different name in real life. There was no airconditioning in the room and there also happened to be loadshedding on the night I booked. The generators only supply light and no plugs were working ( including the ceiling fan) I phoned reception to ask if any other room with aircon was available but they didn't have any. You are also not allowed to have a visitor in you room after 22:00 ( something I find ridiculous seeing that I came from Gauteng and was only in the area for one night)

Check-in was great even though we only arrived around 2am, almost 7 hours later than planned.

The bathroom was not great at all, water marks everywhere and stains.The kitchen only had 2 coffee sachets, 2 sugar sachets and a tea bag (for 2 people and a child) The suites dont face the ocean so just double check before booking as the photos dont match the available rooms.

Beachfront location adjacent to an excellent restaurant

Somewhat difficult to find as no signage detailing False Bay as the name

See view was a bonus.

Perfectly situated for walking along the beach and swimming. excellent Ocean views

I liked the staff, they were help full and tried there best to make us feel at home.. the room was extremely good, and comfortable.. and the bar staff was the best

I really had no issues with my stay.

My room was a mini apartment with everything I needed. Clean apartment with very friendly, polite staff. Beautiful surroundings. Comfortable bed

guest in same floor was party till 06:00 and we did not sleep there was no staff member to bring it to order

The location and sea view

The kitchen can have more equipment. Like a drying rack for dishers, more glass bowels, toaster....TV is not good and was a hasle to operate and should be in the lounge area. The restaurant can have more options to select on the menu.

Location , good value

Hotel undergoing renovations in reception area, the rooms extremely tired in need of upgrading, asked for more money to park car in hotel car park which I thought was unnecessary

The staff were great.

The location is not great.Other guest are very loud and we were woken up by woman moaning and screaming from 18+ things going on and had to try to explain to our daughter that no one was being murdered. You also have to pay for secure parking if available otherwise you have to park on the street.

Its nice and close to the beach

Alot of renovations taking place which we were not notified about, staff unfriendly, staff unaware of what the stock in restuarant. We ordered 4 different items an they took the order and just come back to say its not in stock and later said they dont stock the items on the menu

Staff was good and location excellent

There were very loud and noisy neighbours

Staff was very professional and friendly.

Everything in the room was stunning except for the throw blanket on the bed. It did not smell great. As if it had not been washed.
