The place I saw on pictures was very beautiful but wen I arrived at the facilities it was totally different from the lifts and passage if u are using stars it was not clean it’s scary even the rooms were small

Room is ok, a bit overcrowded with furniture. Had a small kitchen are and a sofa next to the bed. Toilet is spatious and good shower. Bed was confortable. Underground parking available, and two nice restaurants downstairs to chose.

I had the mountain view but still was nice. It was very windy and the windows won't close properly, so the swirling sound was very loud all night, making it difficult to sleep.

room viem is beautiful had the balcony apartment but the see is noisy at night and the balcony is very small but loved it

This was a disaster on our honeymoon and to top it off, I made the booking. The room should have been on Maintenance and clearly that room was not checked for occupancy. 1. Kitchen dirty -basin brown plug with hair in, toaster dirty with breadcrumbs, pins in the wall, dirty streaks and dots on the wall, cups brown stains inside, electrical wires hanging in the cupboards. Different glasses in cupboard, toilet paper untidy fold, all amenities smell the same. coffee/ tea decanter untidy cutlery different 1 spoon 1 knife - oe stocktaking, basin tap loose can turn around?2. Wrong cutlery, plates and glasses in the room3. Stickers inside the cupboard, no hairdryer plug in the room, door locks faulty, The waiter asking me to pay for breakfast although we were on a BB rate.Although mentioning by reception upon check in we honeymooners - nothing was done or said

Paradise is found at the Ocean Breeze and offers rooms with stunning views. The staff were great.I will go there again

Genius level 2 has no benefits as advertised. No room upgrade and no free breakfast. Hotel stated if i booked through them I could of enjoyed the benefits.

The bed was nice and comfortable.

The cupboards doors didn't close properly and there was no toilet holder for the toilet paper in the bathroom.The door of the hotel room couldn't lock, and the maintenance guy fixed it the morning.There's no aircon in the room and the television screen is too small.

The view was great.

There could have been an air conditioner. The bathroom needs a little attention.

Very small for the price. Not see view and the coffee table was sticky.
