- Closer to the masjid and the cleanliness
- Daily cleaning by house keeping / provide all essential elements daily including water bottles /napkins They have kids room / self service laundry . Elevators are fast .
- The location is a good and easy way to get around.

- Shuttle service very busy during prayer time . Bus stop to haram walking almost 10 -12 minutes not idea for elderly people . Difficult for elderly to get on bus as it is overcrowded all the time . They provide only one hotel key while we were 5 people
- First of all the cleanness is my main concern. I dont know if they have short of staffing the housekeeper dont come and clean your room.You have to make several service requests.Secondly poor customer service. Front desk staff are not responsive at all.

Overall clean, nice big rooms, water bottles provide daily, about 6 to 7 minutes walk to the haram, if you want to take a cab is 15 Reyal, buying Ehram closing easy in the area to find, massive advice Food quality in mekkah unfortunately very poor
