The rooms are comfortable, big and clean.

The breakfast and the meal at the lobby bar has room for improvement.

I like the staff service, the bedrooms and that I got an upgrade. This is always my option when traveling to La Playa

This hotel is conveniently located, has breakfast included and restaurant

The rooms didn?t have coffee or water. You have to ask for it. The hotel combined my two reservations so the check in took longer

I was not given the room that I booked and paid for, I informed the staff and wqs told that they were sold out. And I was charged an early check in fee of $94 USD.

The breakfast included in the rate id really good. The restaurant it?s also a great option

The location is superb. Facilities are excellent. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The staff was always very helpful and friendly.

Swimming pool

1. No cold water in the room.2. Food is not tasty.3. We were with two little kids (1 and 3 years old) and when we put the kids to sleep we got call from reception. It was at 22:00! Kids woke up for sure! And we lost additional several times to put them sleep again and of course we last our evening with wife.. the reason of call from the reception was “go to pay for room service immediately”.

Location, staff and facilites were exceptional.

Grand Brizo La Plata was absolutely amazing! The hotel is 5 star, a beautiful, modern building with great facilities. Breakfast was good, I loved the different kinds of croissants and the freshly squeezed pomelo juice. Swimming pool is also top notch! Highly recommended if you want to stay in a luxurious hotel at a very good price.

The lifts work a little funny (you press the button at one lift and the other one comes that is at the other end of the corridor, far from where you called it), didn’t quite understand the logic of it.

Most comfortable hotel in La Plata, advertised as a 3-star but the quality is like a 5-star hotel. Totally recommended for families

The views are amazing. Location is great. Rooms are comfortable, clean.

Parking is underground, and very small.

I appreciated very much all the staff working there. Especially at the reception desk they have been all very kind, helpful and very professional. The room was very large with a confortable bed. View of the city 360 degrees. Working space aerea e minibar with different possibilities. It was also possible to prepare a coffee or a tea in the room. The bathroom was very huge with bathtub and shower. The bathroom was completely renovated with elegant style and flowers too. Breakfast was very nice with a lot of different quality of food. The bar was a pleasant place were to spend some hours. The gym was large and with an incredible view. I had not time to use the pool and the spa.

I will just insert in the breakfast soya milk because not everybody is drinking milk. I suggest to have an high quality of honey too. Anyway, cakes and all the rest of food for breakfast were delicious and service very kind. It is really hard to say what I dislike.

Restaurant at lobby is bad. Food quality is low.Elevators. You can wait them for 10-15 minutes...Rooms are very cold in winter. Air Conditioners takes too much time to make room warm.Issues with hot water. We wanted to take a bath but was not able to make it.Water pool is bad organized. No comfortable place to change dress. Water is dirty. My silver ring become black after water pool.

The hotel is a real five star hotel. It’s very clean, rooms are spacious and well equipped. The view from the ninths floor is outstanding. The rooftop-Bar allows a very cosy and idyllic sundowner before you can have a very decent dinner with excellent food in the restaurant in the hotel. the personal is very well trained, very friendly and professional. The personal speaks English- not very often found in Argentina. Especially Mr. Curt from the reception rendered an excellent service. The hotel is definitely worth the money. I will come back!

bathroom had a nasty smell. dark bathroom. we did not have hot water for the first night of our stay.

Breakfast could offer more varieties.

Perfect sound insulation, excellent swimming pool and gym, wonderful continental breakfast, perfect Staff that spoke very good English, wonderful views from the gym and the swimming pool, very comfortable bed, nice sound air conditioning, very good place for working in the room, exceptionally comfortable bathroom. All aspects are 10/10.
