The staff were nice and helpful

The location was good but there were constructions around the hotel which made it difficult to get to the hotel

Breakfast was horrible, the hot water tank didn’t work. The room was very cold even we off the Air conditioner. There was a moisture of the house was to much, everything was vet

The beds is totally uncomfortable and need total renovation the bed spring you feel it and end up with no comfortable sleeping or rest !!!

It was my second visit,I came back because of the amenities like sauna,pool and the gym The interior is also beautiful

Need to have better staff behavior. Extremely poor breakfast management. No plates, no place to sit. Wasted my money on booking room with breakfast since had breakfast outside.

Main Dishes in Breakfast were 4-5. No coffee machine, manual & pathetic coffee. It was disappointing. Pictures don’t do justice. Wifi has connectivity issues. Staff at breakfast was very inhospitable. We had two rooms booked. They didn’t gave us at same time. They kept on delaying & got other one after 1.30 hr of waiting. Suggest to stay near New Jeddah corniche.

Reception Area is the only place that is comfortable

1. Food is not good. Menu repeats everyday. Leafy Vegetables are wilted. Brewed coffee tastes like water. 2. Poor Service in reception. When I'm about to check in, there's nobody in the reception area. I need to wait for longer time for the receptionist to come back.
