They don't clean the room unless we tell the receptionist despite that we put clean mr room label .

Very Friendly staff and Services. Good breakfast. Room was very clean.

Improve wifi, It couldn't accessible some of areas inside the room. And it is very slow as well.

Great welcome and care during stay ,especially Mr Kemal he really did impress us with his attention and advise

if there is anything at all i would say the Breakfast Menu needs improving

The vicinity is good. Shops, markets n restaurants are near. 6 to 8 min drive to corniche. Room service was prompt. The manager welcomed us with drinks. Overall good experience.

Parking is not sufficient. One has to wait or park nearby. In breakfast is insufficient and water was not included. The waiter was rude and telling us there is tea or tang(in the name of orange juice) there to drink. When I asked him about manager he served water with excuse that water was with room service with extra money.

It’s a party hotel, for people who trying bring street girls. Not for family trips

The hotel manager met us at the breakfast lounge and asked if we had any comments or issues and he promptly addressed them changed our room and got us a better coffee and butter

The washrooms are quite old and the shower door doesn’t close so we had to move to a room that has one that closes. The living room has large sofas and you can’t move around in it they are stuck to the kitchen cabinets and the TV stand takes a large portion of the room. We had to call to ask for room service even though there is a button at the door to click to use it but no one came for 7 hours to clean it. When we asked the server for butter for breakfast he said they didn’t have any, and no milk or creamer for the coffee, but when the manager arrived he got us both, we expressed that we are willing to pay extra if we knew they are available. One of the floors hallway didn’t have a AC on and the temperature outside is 43.

Dedication and commitment of the teaming staffers under the leadership of Muhammad Kamal has had an enticing grip on me, only that I wasn't with my family there but I really felt at home

As culture diverses,so is the nature of food. Only that the breakfast wasn't my thing

Everything about the hotel was exceptional, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and spotless. The Oriental breakfast was excellent, and the staff were attentive, especially Mr. Kamal, He went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

cleaning not like before even previous kiwi amazing fregenance which used to use there disapear from property some staff refuse early check in just because they lazy to do check in process and transfer work load to afternoon 4 pm shift

Worst hotel stay

The staff were not professional at all. We had to wait 3 hours for the rooms to be ready.Rooms were dirty.Bed blankets were having brown spots.We asked for wake up call and no one bothered to wake us. They even tried to claim we are lying about us requesting it.
