Ibis Jeddah Malik Road

The stuff (housekeeping attendant and pool attendant) was good and helpful and the pool Made my stay special. Perfect for the Jeddah’s weather. The reception should train more on how to explain with the guests about the hotel services during the check-in. They just gave me the room key without providing the information (breakfast timing, hotel amenities, pool and gym timing) I literally asked them after receiving the room key.

The breakfast is very good with many choices. Staff are great too.

The internet is very unstable. The Gym should be open much earlier. I would suggest from 5:00am or even leave it running 24hrs. Laundry delivery time is not in line with the details on the document you complete when you hand in your clothing for cleaning.

Low in pricing. Clean room. Accessible location .

For the swimming pool there’s no heater.

in the second day i have put the sign to clean my room and i left the room all day, when i came back the room was as the same situation and not cleaned

Location, lobby, breakfast, housekeeping staff

Room is very small

I liked the location and the hotel lobby

Room size and the TV set up

The hotel decided to cancel my booking without any notification, knwoing that i have contacted the hotel and conformed t

The place was good and clean I liked the housekeeping service. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammed Sharef

Practical, compact room but has all what you need, nice staff, good location.

AC in the shared areas of the hotel wasn’t efficient - internet can be better

Clean hotel with good, friendly staff.

The television system needs upgrading. Sometimes, cable TV loses signal.

Friendly staffs, easy check in and check out process, cleanliness of the room, good price

The room is compact but has everything you need during a business trip. It was clean and the staff were cooperative

-Ac in the lobby wasn’t that efficient and was dropping water - Ac in the elevators was completely not working. In a city like Jeddah we hear the temp is high and the humidity exceeds 70%, the AC is mandatory everywhere even in the elevator

The locationRestaurant srltaff are good

Front desk staff need to be more friendly The elevators are very hot Rooms are a bit small

Location and nearby places.

I had an unfortunate experience during my stay at this hotel. The room I was given was located near the housekeeping exit, which resulted in constant noise throughout the day and night. It was difficult to rest due to the ongoing disturbance.Additionally, the staff were quite intrusive. Despite having informed the front desk and officially extended my stay, I received repeated calls around 11 or 12 p.m., asking about my check-out status. This was not only unnecessary but also very frustrating.Overall, the lack of coordination and the noisy environment made my stay very unpleasant. Unfortunately, I would not consider staying here again.

Modern and stylish

Noisy and kids play in the corridor and continue to knock my door. Room location and view is VERY BAD

Very clean, healthy environment and quiet , near New Jeddah corniche and everything is available around the area. I booked for 5 nights. I asked about the clothes iron, they provided it for me. The housekeepers were respectful and dedicated to work. They clean the room any time you put the tag or ask them. The restaurant staff too were amazing, Much appreciations. Overall all , Excellent

Some focus from evening staff while dealing with us in regard to respites of reservations especially when we book through all Accor. One of the girls were lazy and a bit not in mood.

I love staying at Ibis, I go to Jeddah for work 4 times a year and planning on staying there every time. The staff are great, the place is clean, great breakfast and very affordable.

The only thing I would say would be small rooms and noisy connecting doors

The staff were very helpful , breakfast was great .

NO spa open ☹️

I stayed in a room located on the sides where there is no view and ACs noises where too high

They were very accommodating gave us late check out and kept our bags till we had to leave for airport

It was ok
