The staff were fine. The breakfast attendant was very helpful and friendly.

There were four of us, so we reserved the 2 bedroom suite but they only gave us 2 towels. There were no hand towels or floor towel mat available. When we asked for more, they said they didn't have any. The next day we asked again and they gave us one more towel. Still not enough for each one of us. One of the beds had a lot of hair in the sheets which they did replace. Also the breakfast area coffee machine was broken and they did not supply any alternative. Only a thermos of hot water. We have stayed here almost every year or two for many years and recently the management changed and we feel the quality is going down, and will not return.

Excellent location. Nice, clean and spacious with a lot of utilities.

Disappointing

Nothing was like i thought specialy the elevator you need to wait 5 minutes until you get it. The gym open 12 every where in the world gyp open early the room was not good. When you call the reception no answer

Great staff and clean, new hotel.

The gym opening hours were not suited to a working schedule.

The hotel is located next to restaurants, grocery stores. The breakfast was also surprisingly excellent with a good range of spreads and tasty as well. I complimented the chef and definitely the hotel is hitting above it's 3 stars. Will definitely visit again once in jeddah

Location was good, staff were friendly and bed was comfy.

We requested a non-smoker room, however, all rooms were smoker rooms and it reeked of cigarettes.

Despite being very convenient at the airport, some problems for taxis to find it immediately.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room is spacious and the location of the hotel is excellent. It is accessible and close to most shopping centers and restaurants.

Basement parking has pillars between each parking spots. If you have a large car then I don't recommend relying on their basement parking. I was driving a medium sedan car and I struggled ever night to find a spot and at day when I wanted to leave it was so hard turn the car back to leave the parking as the entrance and exit way was the same. My rating went down for this reason
