I didn’t like anything, the musty smell is everywhere, there is super high humidity in the rooms, we tried 6 rooms but still the humidity smell is everywhere. We even couldn’t stay, we left same night and they made us paid. The hygiene is not so good and the furniture is not as it looks in the picture. I wouldn’t give this hotel a half star.

They made me pay for a shitty service that I didn’t get. This place should be closed.

Pool was small and dirty

Having a good breakfast and having a good looking room . it have a good place around the pool to sit but not to swim .Cleaning room is ok i guess .

First of all it was the room smell of Moisture and mold came from A/C and it was really bad and we told them if they change the room the other room had the same smell . the shower was not good enough cause after shower u will have a lot of water close to the sink and where ur foot wear waiting u . Its an embassy quarter there its far from the things , u can only use taxi .

I like the location, not far from downtown, hospital, and stores. I also love the breakfast

They need to fix the carpet issue it smells so bad it smells like wet carpet and mold carpet mixed together

Very large rooms which made longer stays very easy

The pool was a little dirty but it wasn’t a dealbreaker because you can still dip your toes inside

The room smelt like wet carpet. Was very humid. To the point where clothes felt damp when sitting on furniture. I asked for different room but was told this was a good room. Breakfast was good

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We had a reservation for three nights, but we ended up leaving after the first. The room smells like mold and urine all night and day. I kept waking up because of the smell. It smells like a wet dog mixed with urine. My nine-year-old son also woke up a minimum of 8 to 9 times complaining we had to put perfume on our clothes and the bedsheet and the pillow to even sleep holding the perfume bottle all night and smelling it because the urine and wet smell was so overwhelming. We stayed on the third floor right when you enter the third floor you can smell the mode in the air. Breakfast is served on the fourth floor and the fourth floor air quality is normal so as far as I’ve experienced a third and the fourth floor, the third floor has a severe problem. It was so hard to breathe. I ended up getting sick. My children ended up getting sick our throats are hurting, and we are starting to get fevers. We can barely breathe in the room. I had to sit in the lounge downstairs in the morning so I could rest.The gentleman at the customer service counter, understood the problem and he helped to get the refund for the other two nights

They informed me that the pool was closed for maintenance, yet later in the evening, we noticed some guests using it, which was quite disappointing and confusing.Overall, the hotel is not worth the money and does not match the photos shown on Booking. There is also only one lift available for guests and restaurant services, which causes long waiting times and inconvenience.

The location and the swimming pool are very good. The staff is very nice and helpful. However, there is a problem with the sewage system. I don’t know exactly what it is, but it seems to come from the drain. Maybe the water is standing there because there is no siphon system. This causes an unbearable smell.

Nothing was good to comment. They asked to check the room. I checked the layout and confirmed. But later saw it wasn't clean. And baby's crib was broken. Nothing is tempting like this picture. I would have left, but it was too late with the baby and tiring after long hours travel to Saudi Arabia. Complimentary breakfast was not good. Egg was very basic and liver needed to be cooked more. I would not recommend or stay again. Bathroom sink was broken

The hygiene was definitely not it, there were tiny cockroaches in the studio I booked, it was disgusting. The breakfast was just okay, there wasnt much variety.
