The staff and the design

The wc in my room had a problem which the staff showed a good effort to fix

very homey and cozy vibes, the staff are all helpful and super friendly, very good value for money, amazing Saudi coffee at the lobby, the room comfort and cleanliness is super as well, i recommended it to all my other Khaleeji friends and they all loved it so much.

Only location

The noise of the corridors and the cheap of doors and AC noisy, and bathroom is negatively so weird.. not comfort bed.

The furniture, the vibes, staff and location

One of the cutest hotels I have stayed it. Very artsy boutique and almost central with a great location. Excellent for first time visitors.

The Staff! No one smiles at this hotel. Every human interaction at the hotel was cold. Guys you work in a great hotel. Please smile. They did not have change for my cash payment. I had to wait outside for some time for the bellboy to show up to grab my luggage at checkin.

Absolutely chic, classy, new and clean. Well maintained and helpful staff. Decent breakfast options.

They had already mentioned some renovation work ongoing in the front of the hotel but that was not causing any disturbance in so far as my stay is concerned.

The staff was friendly and accommodating to our different requests and are fast to act once a request is made .. the room is spacious and clean and the bedding is soft and feels premium .. the bed js firm and comfortable. Bathrooms are clean but could use better lighting fixtures.

Breakfast flavors in general are good but not great Shower is a little short and doesn’t accommodate for a 6 foot person ;) .. water pressure in the shower could be stronger

Everything.. the South Saudi classic decoration "Asiri style" makes this place one of a kind.. staff is outstanding.. room is beautiful, clean, and comfortable.. food is excellent.. lobby, facilities, and the complementary tea and coffee are very nice extras.. many thanks to Naji, Budoor, Amani, and the rest of the team..

Bathrooms can have bigger water heater.. hot water can finish quickly.. otherwise, nothing

Staff , management , warmness of the hotel

The hotel has a different unique theme, and it is relaxing and comfortable. There is great attention to detail in everything. The room was clean, well organized, and has everything you could need, including for example Nesspresso coffee machine, wireless charger, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and small things but actually nice to have such as notebook and a pen.The breakfast was so good. It's not the typical breakfast experience in comparable hotels, yet it was good, delecious, and well presented. If you want an open buffet type of breakfast, this hotel is not the place for you.In short, it is a very good value for money, and it was an excellent overall experience.

Earthy design, rich decoration, extremely nice staff, great food, free snacks and drinks, great indoor activities, and the place is clean inside and outside.

Almost nothing.

Amazing interior design and decor. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. There’s a cafe and lovely menu to choose from. Also, the location is very convenient.

Well, A LOT 1- As much as the staff sem to be friendly and helpful they on the other hand hardly get things done.2- facilities are plenty, but most are not used or not taken care of3- parkings are available but most are useless. Especially for bigger cars. Although there ar signs dedicated for big cars people with small cars just park in them making at hard for bigger cars to find spots. The staff should be vigilant to enforce those laws.4- I witnessed someone parks in the pathway somewhere in the parking area. He just stops there blocking entrance and no one takes an action. This is a big flaw in the management. 5- the room we got had a huge disadvantage although we paid a premium for the bigger one. We could smell food moatbof the day. We have no idea where was it coming from, but it definitely from inside the hotel and that's a huge discomforting and annoying issue.6- room service is not consistent, some days are good and some others they just leave thing incomplete or simply don't refill toiletries and amenities.

Great design, comfortable bed, friendly kitchen staff, good location

Has an artisanal feel but the sustainability ethic is really bad, which seems out of whack with the brand — plastic cutlery at breakfast, little plastic bottles of water … There’s a refillable bottle in the bedroom but no tap in the hotel to fill it from. Limited food options.

Clean and great location

They didn’t make up the room for multiple-night stay, not even water added. Pool was super small ant the gym is not well equipped.

It's a good hotel in general. Nice staff, clean, nice small rooftop pool.

Soundproofing between rooms and with corridor is really bad. Seems like most rooms are communicating with another (with a simple door in between 2 rooms I mean).
