The suite is big and well furnished, also good value

The pillows were not comfortable ? it is rough They need to change it with more comfortable ones

Staff are not professional they take long time to answer the phone or sometimes even they don’t answer and when they answer they don’t do what ever we ask for And the street side room was very noisy

Location is perfect, good parking and welcoming .

When I arrived at the hotel, I had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com, but they told me there were no rooms available. Even though I showed my reservation number, they sent me away because I couldn't speak Arabic and only spoke French and English.It’s unbelievable that staff working at the front desk couldn’t communicate in English. I asked to speak to the manager, but he was apparently "not available."This hotel treated tourists unfairly — it felt very discriminatory. After me, an Arabic-speaking guest arrived without a reservation, and they gave him a room without any problem.

Our 7 days stay over all was good apart from reception and top roof staff, there was alot of language barrier to explain them what your concerns are etc. Also there's a restaurant on the top roof to spend some time in the evening. one of their staff been so rude to us saying that if you are not ordering any drinks you are not allowed to sit here. I believe if you are paying good amount of money for stay you can utilise any facility of the accommodation.

Only the location

The big problem was the smell of the rooms and all the hotel , couldn’t sleep and i was not breathing well. There’s no fresh air inside the hotel no windows .

The floor carpet is too old. It over 15 years old. I think it is a time to change to kill the bad smell.Reception, lobby & entrance needed renewing to be modernize. Breakfast is very bad.

Breakfast food was ok although the restaurant was very small and didn't fit enough people. NO COFEEE at breakfast...wow....We had to wait every single morning for people to finish and to be able to enter the place and eat. Not ideal when you're on vacation or rushing.

- Breakfast waiting time and space is no good.- Strange humidity odor in the room. - AC wasn't cold enough in the room. - Coffee at cafeteria was overpriced and very mediocre. - Room assigned wasn't ready upon arrival. No sheets at sofa bed, only one towel. - Place is big but looks and feels very old. Needs renovation.

The rooms are big and the hotel is quite close to the airport.

There is a constant unpleasant smell in the hotel. The hotel staff members are extremely unfriendly and they spoke in arabic in front of us thinking that we were not understanding what they were saying. The location is not appropriate for those who constantly need taxis to move around. There is no taxi in the region and the hotel car is very expensive. There is also no restaurant or fast food around. The hotel provided only one towel for 4 persons and did not bring additional towels although we requested for same.

They claimed that they have a system issue and entered the room while I was asleep to ask about my ID and phone number since this room is showing vacant in their system!! I took 20 minutes to check in, signed a paper contains my info and yet they walled into the room without knocking the door

Big rooms, Night shift reception staff.

1. We stayed for 3 nights. Firstly the breakfast was very Terrible, not enough staff to maintain. very unhygienic food dustbin behind omelet station was overflowed and still cooking was happening, very dirty buffet counter. not enough refills. Rude staff even after repeated complaints staff said we cant do anything we dont have people to manage. Have put up photos of the breakfast.2. The key card kept on getting deactivated every 3-4 hours so you had to go down to reception every time. 3. For 4 days not a single cleaning staff came to our room even after keeping the cleaning lights on. After informing reception they said staff will come to clean but no one came. 4. Its huge hotel with not enough staff and amenities are not maintained.

Our booking included breakfast for both of us, but I had to pay for breakfast for one person

Mr \ MOHAMED ASSAAD and Mr \ ABD ALKADER (receptionist) are very well trained personnel for dealing with the customer

AC is toooooo cold and also some of the house keepers need more training how to deal with the customers requests

The hotel is so pretty and elegant in its decor, the rooms as well. We needed to use the couch bed in our room and the staff were quick to bring us a sheet and blanket. The breakfast offered is so amazing, I highly recommend waking up early for it. The rooms are comfortable and homey. Very clean and tidy.

Sometimes there will be plates of unfinished food in the hallways from stayers but the plates will be left in the hallway overnight or longer before being taken away and cleaned.
