THE HOTEL IS AN OLD ONE, SO THE ROOMS WERE VERY SPACIOUS AND NEAT, ENOUGH FOR A FAMILY OF 5 WITH 3 GROWN UP CHILDREN

THE TELEPHONE HAS TO BE CHANGED, THE WIRE HAS TO BE HELD IN A PARTICULAR POSITION SO THAT THE OTHER PERSON HEARS YOU

Wash room is too old and not too clean. over all lobby is not clean and looks too old

I did not expect the hotel to be this bad. When I looked at the hotel pictures and their description as a 4-star hotel, I expected to have a comfortable stay. I arrived and saw the hotel building from the outside, which looked great. However, you get shocked by the poor reception service. Additionally, after entering, you are surprised by the old entrance and furniture. As for the room, everything was either junk or rusted items, not like the photos. On top of that, the reception service did not respond to us, and the electrical outlets were broken and not working.

Decent hotel has a nice pool and is fairly clean

No wifii in the room and they don't clean your room. Stayed for a week so could've done with having my room cleaned at least once and maybe an extra towel

No proper management was there. Staff was highly non cooperative as for three days no one came for cleaning of rooms despite several attempts made directly to them and through reception. Reception was ineffective with no proper response on service request as the stay was very and highly uncomfortable.

The property is old and renovated, starting from the lobby to the room there was nothing that be considered equal to a 4 star hotel. The hallways carpet smells, the rooms ventilation system has black dust stuck in it, the lighting in the room was below the normal room light, the washroom tiles were filled with broken and last but not the least the room service and reception response was absolutely poor and not what you expect from a four star hotel

It's very old hotel with outdated furniture and very uncomfortable beds.One literally can't sleep on such old mattresses.Staff is non cooperative even they don't value their customers at all.

When I requested a drinking water bottle, the receptionist denied my request and said we were providing only two bottles of 250 mL of drinking water in 24 hours according to our policy. I could buy more from the shop (Bakala outside the hotel) if I wanted more

We stay for 3 nights and we ask for towels snd they give us one only and we were 3 persons. I ask again and again they give one more only as well they didnt change it. You feel that you are begging them.

It’s close to Balad and everything is at walking distance

the hotel location , room cleanliness was good. but there is no turst . I had dollars and they asked me to pay in sar and it was late. I said I would convert the money to sar tomorrow, but they didn't trust me, they asked for 200 usd insurance ı mean safety. and I gave 200 usd. the next day I converted my money to sar and made my payment. I got my 200 usd back. I won't stay again. but the hotel is not bad. the price is good.

I checked in late and they were not able to provide me with a towel until 10,00 AM...Not any touristic info, nor able to call me a taxi.Probably they forget they deal with tourists..

The location was good

I recently visited and had a disappointing experience. The staff were unfriendly, which set a negative tone for our visit. To make matters worse, as we were leaving, they split water on the floor to clean but didn’t mop it up.they had the mop on their hands and watching us leaving.This made the floor slippery, and we had to be cautious while walking. We were relieved not to slip and fall, as we didn't want to become the joke of the day for them. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.
