The staff was very friendly throughout the establishment. Everything was organized clean and the staff very responsive. I want to really commend everyone for their effort to maintain the high standard. I especially want to thank Chef Nessrin for her service with a smile and going the extramile. She made the stay a little bit more enjoyable.

The Spa was not at the same service standard as the rest of the hotel.

Excellent stay and we decided to come back for few more days later in December. Great hotel, great location on the red sea and superb attention to detail. Two staff members made our stay more enjoyable, Chef Nessrin and Ahmed Jamel at the retaurant were just great. Really a very nice stay all around.

The staff are friendly and the hotel is clean, but I booked a special offer and didn’t find half of the amenities they told me about in the room.

There was no privacy at all. Every few minutes, I had friend and family members knocking on my room door, I don’t know how they knew my room and I don’t understand how they were able to access the floor when the elevator requires a key card. I couldn’t sleep or relax at all. This was my first and last time staying there. Despite all of this, I did not report it to the front desk and I left the hotel at 9:00 a.m.

In-room service was amazing, staff in lobby and for room service were super nice and fulfilled all request.

The main issue was during the breakfast. The waiters were not good at their job. There were days where we weren’t assigned a waiter or the waiter did not want to do their job. Especially, our final day, the waiter was never assigned to us, and we noticed that the waiter in our section was catering to several other families the entirety of the breakfast. Had to ask the hostess for a waiter to get our coffee order in, before breakfast ended, and she reminded us that breakfast closed at 11:00, even though we are informed about the time, and already ate breakfast, and were simply waiting for someone to bring coffee and water to our table.

The hotel offered a pleasant and refined atmosphere, complemented by a professional reception team and attentive, friendly staff across most departments.

Best customer service experience ever. Most beautiful hotel, the Ocean View was wonderful. They had a surprise cake waiting for my mum, a team came to celebrate us in our room as well.

Nothing, everything was perfect

liked how classic and elegant the hotel feels, it has that royal vibe with lots of details and warm colors. It’s really beautiful if you appreciate a traditional style, though it’s not the modern type of luxury.

The design is very traditional and rich in colors and patterns, which might not suit everyone. It’s more of a royal, old-school elegance than a modern vibe. Also, check-in took a bit longer than expected.

Was amazing, location was very good near the beach although it was hot but I really enjoyed staying with your hotel, food was great even staff there were nice Sandeep was very friendly, the receptionist Who checked us in was very nice, I would really recommend this hotel was super

Faisal Al Amadi at reception was exceptionally welcoming and handled our early check-in and late check-out seamlessly. Haitham at the concierge was proactive and helpful with every request, and Batool’s warm hospitality added a personal touch throughout our visit.The hotel went above and beyond to celebrate Saudi National Day with us such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay memorable. The service was consistently attentive, professional, and kind.Thank you to the entire team for an outstanding experience. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for genuine care and superb service.

My recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Jeddah was truly exceptional, from the moment we arrived, the hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail were evident in every aspect, the room was immaculate, the amenities were top-notch, and the entire atmosphere exuded luxury and comfort, every staff member we encountered was courteous and accommodating, making our stay feel incredibly special.One of the highlights was the impeccable service from the front desk to room service, everything was handled with excellence and genuine care, it truly made our visit feel like a true five-star experience in every sense.

I would like to share one note from our first evening, while we were resting in the room during the evening, a black African housekeeping entered the room without knocking or requesting permission, my wife and I were both asleep at the time, and the sudden intrusion startled us, unfortunately, his manner was so rude not very professional, and the experience was unsettling, especially given the otherwise high standard of the hotel, I notified the receptionist for this incident but unfortunately there was no compensate for it.

Pleasant and friendly staff. Food at the breakfast buffet was lovely and tidy. Rooms were fairly clean. Excellent stay.
