Al Azhar Hotel Jeddah

The location was perfect. Staff was extremely helpful. Went beyond to help me stay another night at the same rate due to an unexpected circumstance. Allow me access to a phone to make needed travel changes at no charge.

Very accommodating staff! Location is near Old Jeddah so it was very convenient.

The cleaning supplies used had very a strong industrial smell. Both Wifi options didn't work 70% of the time I stayed there. Very low water pressure. I was up against the wall just to get water on my head. Elevator buttons on the 6th floor don't work

Our room is clean, the staff is accomodating, most especially Mr Haitham Omar who helped us with our stay. Will surely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Everything was perfect

Only one time i call for changing the kettle.. the lady on the phone was nice but the guy that he came to collect the kettle was very rude and he just enter the room inside without my permission and he was blaming for using the kettle with bad attitude i didn't make any reaction because everything and everybody was nice Thank you

It’s location is perfect, I was able to walk to Balad in 15 minutes. The staff were hospitable.

I used the gym, this can be improved. However, it’s irrelevant for non-gym visitors.

Drop and pickup place is not enough and crossing road after drop. Otherwise overall its good location

Area is under remodeling and parking facilities are not comfortable however I understand it is temporary

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The manager, Mr. Haitham, was particularly amazing and outstanding, he checked on me to make sure everything was good, his warm welcome, hands-on approach, and genuine care for me truly elevated the experience. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfy bed and nice bathroom stuff. The breakfast was yummy, with lots of choices. Everyone was so kind and helpful.

The area offers a perfect blend of convenience and serenity, with easy access to three mosques for spiritual needs and scenic rivers that enhance its natural beauty. Its well-connected location makes it ideal for both residents and visitors seeking a balanced lifestyle.

The receptionist was kind to extend my check out time as I had come back from Makkah after Umrah.

Hotel was nice and clean. Rooms was big and felt like home

It was a bit quite and many people stayed there while we was there. But taxis are right outside the hotel passing by for you to stop at your request.

Convenient to Al Balad, about 10 minutes walk along the very pleasant waterfront park walkway. Just across the road from the Cultural Centre where teamLab Borderless is. An absolute gem of a show!! Must see.The room is spacious with some views of the water. The bed is comfortable, bathroom amenities are good and the hotel supplies a lot of bottled water daily. The breakfast is substantial.The staff is generally courteous and helpful. There are a few restaurants within 500m or so but they were closed when I visited during Ramadan.

The pool is not available to women!

Every day they de- activated my key card for whatever reason,so had to run to reception to activate every day, annoying.Never totally sure if staff understood my English or if they really spoke English??
