I really enjoyed my stay at the DoubleTree Hilton. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I also liked the convenient location, which made it easy to get around. Plus, the free dates and Arabian Coffee at check-in were a nice touch. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience. I think you'll enjoy it too!

Location, room size, breakfast, staff. I would like to thank the head of the restaurant the moroccan gentlman who has shown excellent mannar and welcoming gestures during our breakfast.

The view of my room in the 2nd floor was not good. I usuly stay in the higher floors and I used to see either the swimming pool or the street.

All good regarding the hygiene and the room was tidy and clean.Staff is very friendly and the connection with Alandalus mall is amazing.

Appearance

The whole floor and the suite smells really bad. I am annoyed because they could move us to another floor but they wouldn’t. If you have an issue, you should not make that floor or suite available at all.

Breakfast perfect .. easy access to the mall.

The AC is warm near the lifts.

The location of the hotel was amazing and the value for what I paid was fair. However, I was disappointed with a few key issues. The bellman could not communicate in either English or Arabic, which is very surprising and not acceptable for a property operating under the Hilton brand. In addition, the swimming pool was out of service during my stay, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. This was never communicated beforehand, and it really affected the overall experience.I truly hope management addresses these points, because the hotel has great potential but fell short of expectations this time

There is no money value because the hotel smells, from the reception, the lift, room corridors, and the rooms. No good furniture. Curtain drawn from the rail. Breakfast was horrible. Booked for dinner thinking of a buffet setting. Unfortunately, I went to the restaurant, and nothing existed, even the lights were off. That I have to order for room service which I couldn't because I couldn't imagine myself eating in that room. I wasted my money without no breakfast and dinner.The only surveyor is the mall food court. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone and never again for me. And I seek a refund even if it's for my dinner.

The untidiness , smell , furniture of the hotel.

- The cleaning service is bad. They didn’t clean well and skipped cleaning for 3 days during my stay - The sheets are with bad smell and had colored spots. Furthermore, the sheets and towels are not white anymore, they are turning grey from overuse- The noise isolation between the rooms is terrible. We hear every noise the neighbors were making.- The concierge service was too slow. We ask for help with the luggage and waited for around half an hour but nobody showed up and we had to carry our luggage out by ourselves.- there was a bad smell (sewage) in the elevator in a few days during my stay

The breakfast was good staff were nice specially Mr Rasheed was helpful and have talks with customers know them by nameThe boy for the luggage was very nice has colored eys from Bangladesh I think

The carpet in the hotel is old?

Size of the rooms , It was a master Room and a living room which was really nice. The location is really great to Malls and markets. The locations is also close to my clients in Jeddah which made it easy to reach to them .

The entrance is not visible to any Taxi / Careem and had to sometimes I had to walk outside the hotel to reach my ride .Even my clients had an issue arriving to me , a lot of the streets are blocked and there is no clear sign to where the hotel entrance is .

The staff is very professional and welcoming. The proximity of the Andalus Mall is a plus to the hotel.

When we checked in, we were given a handicapped room with very low bed and very inconvenient bathroom. The problem was fixed after our complaint and we were given a wonderful room. But the door was not sure as it could be open without a key card.

Location is right in the city center about 20 mins drive from the airport in no traffic condition. Hotel has direct access to the mall which is convenient. Each room comes with a kitchenette with standard equipment like a fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Very convenient.

Room service during fasting hours was not available during Ramadan. Although it was informed that room service is 24x7. No one picks up the call before 3 pm.

Not worth

Its not clean and specially the bed My wife get some allergy from the bed

The rooms were very spacious and had all the facilities and modern day amenities required for a long term stay.

Location is confusing and Google maps is not accurate Wi-Fi was slow

Room and the alley smelled bad because of the water leakage from the AC in the passage between rooms.The hotel is going through renovation and I hope after the renovation the hotel will be back to its usual high standards.

I have been to this hotel several times; quiet and cozy, situated next and connected to a mall, where there is a food court and cinema.

An urgent renovation is seriously required, especially in the public areas.

I had very bad experience because of bad smell, not cleaned properly, very slow WiFi, breakfast also not provided

I don't want to book again this bad hotel
