Staff not helpful specially when you book thru booking online so we went to another hotel and gave my booking to someone
I made the reservation 6 months in advance. I got to the hotel at 10pm and they told me my room was given away because I didn't show up before 6pm. That they cancel anyone that doesn't show up before 6pm. Nowhere does that is stated in their website or in booking. So there are I in Saudi Arabia after a 15 hour flight at midnight with nowhere to go. The front desk employee was extremely rude and unhelpful.
