The cleanliness, the quietness, the excellent service, the amazing smell in every corner and the delicious food it is one of the best hotels I often visit every time I go to Jeddah

There’s nothing to dislike when comparing the quality of the provided services

Wedding hall just under the room and it is noisy songs and noise tell late night

I booked for three days, the hotel is beautiful, clean and furnished, but unfortunately I faced some problems that bothered me. The breakfast is limited, the tea is cold, the plates are small, and you can't get the right amount. There were fruit flies by the coffee machine. The water is only supply one time on the first day. When we came back exhausted and went up to our rooms, we found that the card was not working. The last thing that was really bad is that they charged me 150 Moroccan dirhams for my son's breakfast, and I was surprised that my son did not eat breakfast! I asked for a refund, but they did not give it back to me. I hope the management pays attention to these details because they will definitely harm the hotel's reputation.

Although not much things to dislike but a few onlyParking was not within the hotel premisesIt was around 5 mins walk from parking to hotel. Although it's not that much but in hot weather, with your kids and luggage, it was quite hectic walk, but it's fine as long as you can have a safe private parking.Another issue was that there was a wedding ceremony going on in the hotel and their music was quite loud. But hotel management cooperated with us and moved us to the top floor in even better room. So it was kind an up-grade and it also sorted out our issue.

Extremely warm front desk, great room, and fabulous breakfast buffet.

The hotel staff are very nice ans friendly, especially the FO team.The room cleanliness was good.

Though it’s one of the oldest hotels in Jeddah, it is still attracts a lot of visitors. The ball rooms are all very outstanding …we already had many wedding parties in all its ball rooms ..this time it was Shahrazad ball room, though its one of the first ball rooms held wedding celebration, yet it still holds the beauty of the occasion thanks to its wonderful staff to mention few : Ms laila Balbaid, Ms Fatima Albarakati, and Mr Hani

All staff and representee are very unprofessional. I have called the Booking help line to address the issue and the lady who spoke to me and team witness the same.I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and all services are extremely poor.

One day I forgot the door of my room opened for more than 5 hours, I thought everything would be stolen from the room as the door was open all of this time. But nothing was missing from my room.

We found hair on the pillow it was disgusting , also we didn’t find any slippers in the room but they brought them when I asked for.

Noise and sound of the wedding room are too loud that I couldn’t sleep for the whole stay and when I made complaint about that they totally ignored me

Amenities are not provided when asked provided with few whereas basic amenities bathrobe, bathrooms mat, hand towel, not provided. Wash basin chocking n not draining

The room was good but needed natural light. I opened the curtains but the scene was not nice. Other than that, it was really good.

The breakfast was not good at all. Oh and calling for checkout was SO annoying!

Staff were excellent and kind

The rooms were too close to party and the music was so loud cause I have a baby handicapped and it was so noisy to her with no sleep

Nothing to like in this hotel

I paid 503 SAR & the hotel gave me & my family room 204 in the ancient classic wing, the room has a very bad rotten smell, room is not sound proof so it is like you sleep in the aisle not to mention that the parking is far away of the hotel itself, I spoke with hotel manager & he refused to give me a refund, no way to go back to this bad smell hotel.
