This was by far the worst stay at a hotel ever ! Unprofessional team, very rude front line manager ¿ and on top of that very bad house keeping I would never stay again and I will make to tell everyone I know not to stay there

Disorganized staff ,we pay for double bed axcutive sea front room we didn’t get up to 7 pm imagine that?, the bathroom very smelly for whole 4 room we reserved I think they have serious issues in the climbing

The location is excellent, the staff are respectful and very professional, and the rooms are spacious and beautiful.

Disappointed

I’ve booked the prestige suites full sea view, however, it was not a full sea view.The location was great. The service was nice or they are doing their best to be nice, which I appreciate. However, I almost paid over 450$ per night yet I did not get what I was supposed to get with this much of money. I honestly was disappointed. The bathroom and the jacuzzi were such a disaster. The jacuzzi is too dirty and old. I had to fill it up 4 times to just get an acceptable look of water in it, also the water handle of the jacuzzi were broken you can’t control them. The private shower room handles fell off on the floor while showering. The water escaped from the bathroom to the room. All these things happened yet no action from the people there, and they wanted me to let a person in to fix all these issues while I’m there and they said the had checked everything before I arrived.The AC and the light in the room were too complicated to control, some of them are hanging out of the wall!The room carpet definitely doesn’t deserve a 5 stars at all!The smell in the room was like a wet wood from the walls and caused me to have an allergy!I also ordered a honeymoon decoration which was okay!My message to this place, Jeddah deserves better! I was very disappointed! This much of money per night should guarantee a great stay!I still in a shock that I let a fixer to come into my suite and check the bathroom during my stay to fix it, which he has approved that all water taps were not working properly!

You need to walk to the back of the building.. its super quiet especially if you are alone.. its like haunted house. So scary ??

The smell of air refreshers was toxic we couldn’t breathe, also the facilities were very hard to get through, meaning to and from our booked room.

I came for a reason to have fun with family, the lounge was under maintenance and the rooms needs more attention, poor furniture quality and affected by the humidity also the paint was affected by humidity which is clearly made the room smells bad i had to change the room twice finally accepted the situation for one night and never come back again !

Shower was too small and the water takes a while to get warm, and also the ac wasnt working in the room

The location, the receptionist, the lobby, spacious rooms, the breakfast buffet and view. The swimming pool area , all the staff where very nice and friendly especially Jane at the buffet area !

Unfriendly staffNo bottled water available in the hotel as per the recepitionist who was rude in answering my call. Late response to phone calls. Went and buy my own water.House keeping is really poor serviece; garbage was there beside the door for two nights. Asked to pay for the breakfast although my genius level in booking allows for free breakfast. Upon checking out no staff were available , waited fir them, and the concerige helped me in orderd to catch my flight; upon arrival to my home after 5 hours they called to check if i am still in the room and its time to check out . Was not able to attend the spa because no body was avaialble their: poor food quality
