Centro Shaheen Jeddah By Rotana

The AC was humid and I talked to the front desk to get it fixed but it didnt, as a result I had 2 asthma attacks cus of the humidity in the room, to the point that last day My clothes felt damped/wet from all the humidity in the room

Wonderful staff and good location

The room was out of tissues, called a few times to request some extra things I needed in the room but they didn't respond to the phone from the first nor the second call - maybe due the high occupancy during my stay-

It was modern and comfortable.

Very small bathrooms barely take one person, not enough toilerets no conditioner and no sewing kit there wasn’t also bathroom robs.Breakfast was very poor in varieties I have stayed for 3 nights it was the same thing everyday.

Just acceptable

It's just satisfactory. Rooms are very small. Bed Also small size Water pressure was very high

The locations was excellent & staff were friendly

Slightly over priced even though I opted only for bed without breakfast.

Regular stay comfortable

I have not received a proper response since I made a complaint about breakfast. There has been no action or update from your side. I am really unhappy as a regular customer.

I needed a comfortable, peaceful and clean environment, and yes the hotel provided/ensured those. I spent 5 beautiful nights. Food was good tooThanks to everyone that contributed in making my stay a memorable one especially Suha the team leader, who was very kind to me. Thank you to the restaurant team, the manager, Hamisi, Ahmed, Kamrul. Big thanks to the housekeeper, Nahed (sorry if I misspelt it). Ciao

Breakfast as usual was very good and the staff were very helpful.Special thanks to front desk staff Asaf and Abdur Rahman for making my stay very comfortable.

Good quality and clean. The breakfast is amazing with many options. Needless to the staff are very nice and friendly.

Breakfast was suitable even for those who might have dietary restrictions

The rates could be better, one night with breakfast and taxes should ideally be SR 500

The reception team was excellent, the housekeeping service was great, and the response time was very fast. The breakfast buffet was also good.

No negative comments.

Pretty close to the busy streets but it soundproof and inside the rooms you couldnt hear anything. Central location, close to Al Balad. A spacious room, clean facilities, friendly staff. There is a gym and a pool on the rooftop. It was a nice stay overall

All are great, receptionist, security system,

Traffic (Jeddah always traffic)

The staff are so friendly and accommodating.

The shower area in the bathroom should have door, and please do check all the doors if it’s working properly the one that we stayed in 1027 the bathroom door is always open.

I went for Hajj and coming back to USA had a night stay at Shaheen Rotana hotel in Jeddah. The property was neat and clean. Food was good and people were courteous .

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that they were sort of over booked and may be that was due to Hajj season but that was the only thing that I didn’t like .

The location and the security

The room is too small than the pictures and the AC was very hot we couldn’t sleep even i called the engineering nothing changed

Location

Not very clean, room on the corridor were very noisy

Very nice hotel, very clean , staff very friendly, and food very good
