Location

We had a family unit for 6 people but the towels provided were limited.

Rooms were spacious and amenities were good.Location was also close to malls and major attractions.Check-in was smooth and the reception was friendly. In room kitchen stove was working fine.

Breakfast was sub par but for the price everything was fair.

No iron, had to buy one. Card acess locked after 24 hours. My booking is for 2 nights had to reactivated.

The staff are very friendly, the breakfast is dellicious, and the facilities in the room are really nice, esp. the Kichenette

I think what was missing is a more description of how to deal which the cards and the door buttons, also the TV was not good so stay at hotel and enjoy TV was a not good experience. Lastly, the pillows were too high and not comfortable

The cleanness of the rooms and the facility

Multiple things to be fair , first I’ll start with things in the facility . I didn’t like the food quality I expected it to have more choices the food was repetitive same buffet every day they would change one or two items but the same dishes every day and the food quality was in general not good plus ppl would come use their hands to pick food up and I saw someone sneezing directly on the counter so hygiene wasn’t the best which made us not wanting to eat again , now the cleaning staff was lacking I kept requesting tissues and each time they would bring one box at a time which is ridiculous knowing that we were staying in a suite with two rooms two bathrooms . The location was a disappointment I know that they have nothing to do with the neighborhood but it is a reflection of the experience in the hotel and the neighborhood specifically the street behind the hotel was dirty trash on the street so the view from the window was trash it was unpleasant and I’m sure the could find a solution calling the بلدية so they can fix it or something plus the suite was next to the exit door and it was noisy the staff using the door and it makes a very loud sound each time

The facility competes in quality with any good 5 star hotel. Simply flawless I visited Jeddah after 9 years and loved the place and hospitality of entire crew at the hotel. Reception as well as staff at breakfast restaurant. The hotel must be very proud to have such staff

Excellent professional customer service, Example set by the manager downwards. Very professional and flexible and allowed us late checkout. Very polite and professional. A real credit to the hotel.

Everything was perfect from clean, spacious rooms to nice lobby and helpful staff.

Location is very close to all shopping malls, restaurants etc. Cleanliness and comfort with all facilities and i enjoyed the stay in this hotel with my family.

Parking options should be improved.

The Hotel is beautiful inside, meticulously clean with hard working staff to accommodate our needs. We had a pillow issue which was resolved quickly. The Hotel is very near to fast food, shops for almost everything including gold shops.

It was a bit awkward that they start to take away the buffet while its not 10.30 yet and while people are still dining. I had a great experience from other hotels that even after the buffet time is up, the waitress would tell you buffet is closing in case you need to take anything more. Hope this helps.

The apartments had alot of space and were very clean. Staff were very accomodating. Breakfast was lovely.

It has self catering facilities but no utensils. Apartments have 1 pot, 1 spoon and 4 mugs.Would be lovely if they had crockery and cutlery.

Clean facilities, and very friendly staff. Breakfast was fair but had limited options, hot beverages were limited and only one type of juice offered and it was not fresh juice.

Water heater in the bathrooms did not work properly and needed to be adjusted multiple times only to stop working again.
