Gladiolus Hotel

-The staff were professional and very helpful, specially the lady in the reception and Md Bablu. Md Bablu was on standby when we needed extra blankets at 2:00 am because my kids were feeling cold due to the AC.-The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds.-Family friendly environment.

It’s not located on the main road.

The room was clean, spacious, they have provided slippers, dental kit etc. the breakfast is decent.

The swimming pool and steam room were tiny and some visitors left after them all messy.

Breakfast was good enough!!

Need to upgrade furnitures, change carpets and ventilation required in the bathroom. No maintenance in pool and gym area. Limited staff

Large rooms, clean and well equipped. The staff was also friendly at the reception. The hotel is located in a good area with several eateries at 5-10 minutes walk.

Nothing to complain about.

Staffs

Bad Breakfast, broken chair in room, overflowing shower drain.

Room size

Humidity smell in the floor and room.Breakfast very basic….we have to request the worker to get simple water. Food not good

Clean , size of the room , staff

Need to change the sofa color

The cleanness, the space, the confort

Room service was poor

House keeping n customer service ppl r gd

Breakfast starts at 7am which is pretty lateSafety around hotel isnt okay

Five stars! The level of cleanliness here was truly exceptional; it felt sparkling new. The suite was so comfortable and relaxing— slept better than I have in months. Thank you for providing such a well-maintained and thoughtful space. We would definitely book again. Munir at M floor and Junaid was truly amazing staff members.

The property was great, but the breakfast service needs improvement. The menu had a noticeable lack of variety, and the refill of empty trays was very slow. To better meet guest expectations, we would recommend offering a more substantial continental breakfast spread

Clean

All the rooms are connected with another room and they are not providing you with a key or lock from your side while the door can be open from the other sidePlus the smell od cigarettes comes from the other room

I stayed there for one night good experience specially the night shift staff was overwhelming and coperat behaved and we did there a breakfast that was tasty and the person who was serving there Mr Anwar abassi so friendly person so the oven All experience was good

The floor carpet was little smelling

Convenient close to attraction and airport

Buffet week

Clean, organized, friendly staff

Nothing. The lack of professionalism and courtesy is baffling. The receptionist doesn’t know any English and couldn’t communicate with me at all and needed the help of one of the cleaning staff to assist him in translating. We were woken up at 8:30am by one of their staff insisting we pay more for our stay even though we already paid the night before in full. They offered an alternative solution of offering us a smaller room for the price we paid. After arguing for over 3 hours we decided to cut our stay short from 5 days to 1. We checked out the very same day, and were practically robbed. Being charged 800 plus SAR’s for one night stay. The breakfast was mediocre and you can find better breakfast at a 1 star motel. This was not what I expected when I booked this stay. I will not be coming back and every penny that was stolen from me, I ask Allah to hold them accountable. This is not the behavior I expected better from a fellow Muslim brother. Fear Allah for you will have to stand in front of him one day. Conduct business the right way, or you will have to answer for it.

Everything. The ceiling in front of our door was leaking water. The breakfast was mediocre. And the receptionist doesn’t know English. If you can’t speak a business international standard language then maybe you shouldn’t be working at the receptionist desk. The cleaner was more qualified.

good rooms, clean and comfortable staff helpfull

“I really enjoyed the hospitality and team at the hotel. A special thanks to Bablo and Mr. Mohamed at reception, who were very helpful and made my stay much easier.”

A special thanks to the receptionists Wael who welcomed me at check-in and Abu Ahmed who assisted me at check-out – both were truly professional and kind. Also, a big appreciation to Bablu for his excellent service throughout my stay. Wonderful staff, perfect location, and great value for money. Highly recommended!
