Room was modern, clean and comfortable.

I liked the location and the overall cleanliness.

Some of the front desk employees could benefit from further training in customer service and guest communication. Some inappropriate behavior was observed in multiple interactions and was not limited to my personal experience.

The worst experience I've ever had in any hotel in the Kingdom... I wish there was a negative star rating. The room had tiny insects(bed bugs), and when we asked to change rooms, the same problem occurred. We suddenly felt bites and itching, and we didn't know why. Finally, we found the bug on the bed. We requested to leave the hotel and get a refund. After a long ordeal, they gave us a refund slip for only one night (we booked 3 ). After 14 business days, we called them, and they told us that the refund request had been rejected. We filed a complaint with the Ministry of Tourism, and an inspection committee from the Ministry confirmed the presence of bed bugs according to this complaint number VC-CC-420425-211025Unfortunately, we had guests from Qatar with us, and we left feeling humiliated.

excellent stay. The staff were warm, the rooms were spotless, and the atmosphere felt genuinely welcoming. The location made it easy to get around the city, and everything ran smoothly from check-in to checkout. I left feeling refreshed and well looked after.

The hotel smells very good

The pillow was not wash, only the pillow case was change that was our 1st night. The smells from the previous client sweat was still there, i called the reception to change but only the pillow case they change. 2nd night was excellent, the house keeping change all including the pillow plus pillow case.

The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Ms. Ibtisam Alzahrani. The decor and atmosphere were great too.

1.Swimming Pool Area:•The rooftop swimming pool is very exposed to the wind, which made it quite uncomfortable to use.•I recommend increasing the height of the glass barriers around the pool to provide better protection from strong winds and improve the overall experience.2.Room Cleanliness:•The floor in the room was not properly cleaned and appeared dusty and dirty, which was disappointing for a hotel of this level.3.Pillow Options:•There were no alternative pillow options provided. A variety of pillow types (e.g., soft, firm, memory foam) would have improved comfort and sleep quality.4.Customer Service of hotel through booking.con•The customer service team was unprofessional and unresponsive.•Several of our messages and requests were either ignored or not addressed in a timely manner, which affected our overall experience.•Better training and follow-up from the front desk or guest services team would greatly improve guest satisfaction
