Swissotel Living Jeddah

LocationStaff Clean

Rooms, housekeeping service, staff, amenities.

The breakfast was very disappointing. Very limited choice and poor quality of products. It is not worth to pay extra for it. The area around the swimming pool would benefit from extra cleaning and taking care - it was slightly run down.

Clean update

Jacuzzi, Steam, and Sauna rooms were dirty. Pool was cold

Clean and friendly staff

the cafe was closed all the time

Great service, spacious room, and great views. Waleed malki from reception was exceptionally helpful!

Every time we went out, coming back to the room truly felt like coming home. Clean and very comfortable.

The shower door is not properly installed, which causes water to leak into the toilet area and soak the floor mat.

Very clean roomsModern & spacious, the room was lovely Staff were very helpful I loved the hotel and will definitely book again when I visit Jeddah

The apartment design and hotel location. Extraordinary welcoming reception staff... many thanks to Mr. Khaled Malki

The property was clean , comfortable and the location was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly especially Waleed Malki and Riyaz

The bed was comfortable

Their services were generally very slow in many aspects. The shower water was cold & I informed them about it but they never repaired the water heater setup. There was no physical menu for the in-room survice, neither a QR code. They kept only one toilet tissue roll in the toilet!! Not even a single extra roll. There were no Restaurants, no cafe, no spa, no ladies saloon in this hotel. It was very basic & I couldn’t understand how it was stared as 5 stars!!!

A very special hotel. The location is perfect, with excellent connections. The rooms are unique and well equipped, including a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, coffee maker, and everything you need. The staff are very kind, professional, and trustworthy.Special thanks to Mr. Waleed, Mr. Yazeed, all the staff, Ms. Baysn, and Mahfooz from the concierge team.I truly enjoyed my stay.

Not good not bad

The room I had lacked hot water and a spliwayThen they provisioned a new room for me, but with a bad customer service

I had a great stay at the hotel, everything was smooth, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming. I want to extend a special thank you to Younus Nabi from the bell desk. His hospitality, positive attitude, and professionalism truly stood out and made the experience even better. Great service from start to finish.

Honestly, everything about this hotel was spot on. The staff were incredibly supportive, respectful, and made our whole stay and event run smoothly. The Al Aliaa Ballroom turned out to be a perfect venue, zero hassle, everything handled properly. And the food… genuinely excellent. One of the things that stood out the most.Big thanks to the whole team, especially Mr. Ahmed Saeed for his help and Mahfouz for his warm hospitality.Overall, a perfect experience. I’d definitely recommend this hotel, whether you’re visiting Jeddah or hosting a business event.

Very nice and well maintained hotel in the heart of Jeddah city, special thanks to Waleed Almalki and the room service staff.
