- Washroom doesn’t meet any level of expectations. Shower is poring water with very lower flow.. it takes lot of time to soak the body.. I told the guy and he said on Geyser it will be slow.. Shower area doesn’t look clean.. no place to keep soap/shampoo. WiFi is very bad.. no signals in the room, only shows a life when room door is open.
- Reception was not friendly, she was speaking like she was forced to do the job. Many things were not inside the room like toilet sleepers. The safe was broken, and the reception started calling 2 hours before check out time which is annoying
- The manager was all over the place. The price I paid was different from what I had on booking.comSo I paid the higher price and got the wrong roomTold them I wanted to stay in this one and give me my money back after I settled in and I just came from an 8 hour trip The manager insisted I change the room again to the bigger one It was a total mess
