Beautiful from outside but very old and not that so clean from insise, no towels offered, the prayer matt in the rooms are so old that it looks like a cleaning cloth already… the building isn’t tidy enough. Beds are not that so clean and even the bath room are not that ao comfortable

It was a very clean property and good location.

They didn’t have towels and they use disposable ones which they give out only if you ask them for it, they didn’t have complimentary coffee and tea. I also had to pay extra money once I arrived as on bookings.com they advertised it as £93 all together however once I got there they charged me an extra £52 which wasn’t clear on the app and the receptionist claimed that the extra charges were because of tax. The staff members were rude and when I asked for extra towels he told me that he could only give out one a day per person and I told him to bring it to my room in the morning and he said he would however he didn’t.

Never recommended this hotel.

Everyday the toilet had unbearable odour from its sewarage system that stays until Iftar. Also, we booked a triple bed room, but got 1 double bed only, they didn't provided what we booked.

The rooms did not have any towels. The key card to open the door did not work and always had to go get someone to open for me

Staff asking to bring my wife down and accusing that she is not my wife, in the night when check in the reception guy was different and took both of us ID too, in the morning he did not talk good and asking to get out my wife.

There is nothing to like here; the staff service is very poor, and housekeeping fails to clean the room.

I stayed four days in the furnished apartment and experienced poor service. Despite requests, housekeeping did not clean the room or remove garbage. No toilet paper was provided, and the room had a strong smoke odor.

Staff are very helpful, this is the most important thing for me. Good ambiance and Family oriented place.

the staff there was not helpful at all, we asked them for help they said ok but no answer, or after that they said no we are not able to help figure it out on our own, seriously guys? this facility they need to hire employees with a good manner of customer service especially in hospitality. do more jobe with your staff

I didn't like the clean there is no room service or cleaner there is no towels the stuff was not that welcoming it's like you have only a bed and a roof to sleep.

Mostly the staff kindness and the service team.

I've been an prime client for this facility since over a year now whenever I choose to book I choose it specifically. One small notice which is the rate changes above the double price frequently. I think they need to add some client's offers and market it for all the previous guests. Also it is would good if they check on the air-conditions annual maintenance. Other than that everything seems pretty convenient and we've had a good stay.Thanks for Mr. Mazen and the owners and Mr. Wahbi , Khaled , Najmi, Majed. And the two keepers Mahmoud and Mahmoud junior.
