The Room curtains not good enough for light isolation and the Smell of smoke at lobby and elevator even in restaurant and room

Location is really nice, room size is also good, sea view rooms

overall services are not good. i stayed for 3 nights and even asking twice, my room was not even cleaned once during whole stay,very poor house keeping department

Location and the roof top view are the only two good things in this hotel.

-The location is really great.-Spacious suites. -The view from the breakfast restaurant is amazing-Welcoming and helpful staff and smooth check in/out

-No hot water-Master bedroom’s bathroom had a bad smell To be fair we only stayed for a night so I did not raise the above issues and don’t know how the hotel would handle it however, this should not be an issue in the first place.

After trying everything honestly just the location

The valet inconvenient.. fits 4 cars!! Employee not available. The scent i smelled getting in the was ridiculously bad. After a 10 hour drive i had zero energy to even think of calling or complain or switch. the main Door handle of the room looks old Honestly the price should have been at least least half of what I paid (800)I understand that it’s humid and hot but the employees and the staff coming out of the elevator should not smell so bad like that absolutely one of my least favorite experiences especially coming after a long road trip. The pictures are misleading the entrance of the building This establishment is not luxury this should a stayinn.

Although it's a nice hotel but a few things really need serious attention 1 outdated furniture and stained carpet 2 broken doors3 the ceiling was literally leaking water in kitchen 4 the bathroom ventilation sometimes brings awful smells that really destroyed the room smells

The location is stunning to have 180 degrees view of Jeddah Cornish. Great apartment with a great view.

The location and the breakfast

The sheets were a bit over used and have a sort of a smell The coffee machine was available as a decoration If you want coffee you need to buy your own coffee capsules from the grocery stores!

the breakfast buffet is diverse and greatly presented in an appealing way, the room is spacious and clean, the staff are friendly and helpful . the roof top lounge is great especially with the performers at night.

one thing i suggest enhancing is the hallway to the rooms as it needs renovation, it does not fit the modern look of the hotel and the carpet needs to be changed and have some nice scent and smell in the hallways.

Disappointing

Breakfast was not great.The suite gave an impression of dirt with furniture with a lot of dirt spots.Staff was speaking very little English, it was hard even to get information about the most famous mosque.Not sure about what is the word "luxury" referring to.

Very good location, beautiful view of the Red Sea. Nearby mosque at the beach. We left early for the airport so didn’t get to experience the breakfast facilities but overall it was an enjoyable stay.

We are told that the electricity generator on our allotted apartment floor was playing up a little bit when we checked in so we got scared because of the heat of Middle East and it’s possible impact on young children but when we entered the apartment, everything was working perfectly.

The location was good and rooms are big and spacious.

The lady in the reception at night shift don’t know any thing.we have to wait for half an hour to just check in there. Secondly We have to call the cleaning staff billion times for cleaning.Lastly, there should be more options at breakfast.

The location is perfect for tourists. The staff is very helpful and goes out of their way to ensure our experience is great.

Very petty ... but for some reason Google location takes to the back of the building, not the front. Maybe a different sign off the building to ensure visibility during the daytime.

I found previous guests items in the room. It doesn’t smell clean. Bathroom amenities are below average

Location is the best, walking yo red sea.

The smell of the toilet is too strong, I hope they fix it.
