Clean rooms, excellent staff One of the best hotel location in Jeddah

The hotel is located in a prime area, making it convenient to access many nearby attractions and services. Upon our arrival, the receptionist warmly welcomed us and made the check-in process very smooth and efficient. She was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist us with any questions we had during our stay.

Modern and clean the room is big and nice

Spacious, got free upgrade as the room i booked wasnt available.

Location is abit far from the centre.Water in the shower kept getting super hot or cold while in use.

The hotel had a modern and elegant design, with a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants.

The tuna and chicken fajita served at breakfast were too spicy for my taste, which made the meal less enjoyable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. When I arrived early they gave me early check in and were very helpful in their advice etc

Well maintained swimming pool and stream bath. We have enjoyed all the hotel facilities. Comfortable beds, Beautiful room and well cleaned. Lot of shops and supermarkets around the hotel location.

Small gym

Location, Hotel & Room were great. Standard of the room was awesome & was very comfy. Cleanliness was a real deal. TV was a smart TV which was even better as i could connect my Netflix account & enjoy.

Breakfast was just absolute joke. They dont have restaurant in the hotel & just next to indoor pool they didnt the set up of breakfast buffet which was super basic. They didnt even have egg station or someone to make eggs for breakfast. The worst breakfast i have ever had in an hotel.

The Receptionist Fatama al jabar was very friendly, snd she solved the problem I faced in very professional way

Depends on the room you get , some rooms with minimal isolation , you can here every thing inside/out

- The lads at the desk at night, and the lady at the desk in the morning was very helpful. - The room was immaculate - Was very close to the train station

Room size

No facilities, bad smell comes from bathroom, no drain water in the shower and sink, beds are not comfortable,noises from upper floor and hallway no soundproof at all.

The staff especially the f&b staff, Mohannat and Middat. Since they don't have a proper service restaurant yet these two young Saudis tried their level best to accommodate any request possible

Housekeeping, u need to call 10 times to front desk to get things done

We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the quality of service that your hotel provides. The impeccable service made our stay most enjoyable. From the time we checked in until the day we checked out, I can honestly say outstanding service! The staff was attentive and helpful, making our family weekend quite exceptional. By the way, the breakfast buffet was great. We love it. That's why it's definitely for us to come back and stay here not only as my hotel of choice but as well for my wife and my kids too. Thank you so much ??
