- Hot water finished after the first shower at night . The towels smelled like chlorine.No light in the room Privet parking was so very uncomfortable and small.

This property is immaculately clean. The staff were extremely helpful, and the location is ideal.. great value for money!

I did not have enough light at times in the room
The worst stay I have ever had
First, someone call my family and I after we got off the elevator to inquire for the ID number after I had done checking in.During the Eid holiday, the TVs in three rooms are not functioning. After numerous calls, they eventually informed me that this was a central issue that could not be corrected due to the Eid vacations.There weren't enough tissues and the toilet wasn't clean.Very costly for the level of the hotel.
The place is clean and has a special scent, really comfortable. The staff and the GM was keen to offer the best service during our stay. The hotel is just a short drive to Mall of Arabia and the airport. I will definetly return to the Redwaves
