I booked for 4 nights, but from first night their lift went out of service completely so i had to cut short my stay and leave. Very very dissatisfied

Toilet seat in both bathrooms were not aligned/fitted properly.Shower in the bathroom was too close to the toilet, did not have a separate cubicle.

Its clean. No foul smell. And complete kitchenette . Spacious, location is great as well.

Television is obsolete, need to upgrade.

The stay is hotel was excellent, the condition of room, size of room, the furniture, the wash room, the ambience was exceptional. The location of hotel also excellent as very near to Jeddah ring road and also lot of restaurants and other food stuff available. Lot of parking space also available and never feel any difficulty in finding the parking space.

I had a confirmed reservation on August 29, I contacted them to change it to 30 as my flight delayed, when I arrived with my kids the reception said oh sorry we cancelled your reservation even the knew I didn’t ask for cancellation, after waiting for. A good time they offer me 2 bedrooms apartment overpriced and as I didn’t have option I accepted.Next time I reserve for August 8, 3 bedrooms for less than 600SR, contacted them more than once to be sure they won’t cancel it, when I arrived the guy in the reception his name is mohanad he said we texted you to let you that the third room aircondition is not working, I told him I didn’t receive any text and I asked him what is the phone number you used he looks confused and change the subject, he said you should be grateful that I told you that I could say we will fix it when you in and nothing will be fixed until you leave. End of the story he offered me 2 bedrooms for 618SR, ai also been witness of three other customers having problems with the same issues.I believe these guys are using the booking services yo get customers and when they get them they say anything to cancel the booking reservation and make a new one for more money

Location was very good. Near to all big shopping malls and restaurants.

The location mention on booking.com is not correct. And hotel location is not available in google.

Neet and clean , Room and Washroom size

staff were not willing to smile or altitude when asking of something or greeting them was surprising.. they seemed either tired or not welcoming.. but in general we enjoyed our stay.. One bathroom was not functioning and giving our long stay 8 days was an issue, and they were not willing to changing or fix.Washing machine was useless.. epic one that doesn't function and damage the cloths.Other places would amaze you with their hospitality and welcoming.. and even if I was approaching the staff .. it sounded like no. short and not very social behavior.

The place is good and had good food options around the vicinity. The staff were also supportive.

There was no dedicated power supply for the microwave oven in our room.

No washing machine in the apartment.

Spacious apartment. Lots of shops nearby. Local speakers only at shops.

The open kitchen had hardly any cutlery. Looked quite old. Toiletries were ok. It took us quite sometime to reach the location and it was quite far from jeddah airport.

It was clean and tidy. The facilities were exceptional and it was functional.

When you have a shower all the bathroom becomes wet. there was nothing to clean the water up for example a mop.

Spacious rooms with comfortable furnishing however it could do with a carpet or rugs on the floor. The bells though great to have were noisy.The staff were welcoming and courteous, the check-in was smooth.

Good service close to all amenities, but far from city and Jeddah, only close to airport

There is so much traffic in the area

The location from booking is not accurate we got lost in the way but thankfully we found the exact location. The staff were nice. We complained about our first room because it smelled like cigarettes and we had trouble sleeping but thankfully they offered us another room.
