The Entire hotel, room services, food in BF and lunch was good. Restaurant Team specially the Pakistani chief in BF hours was commendable.

I did not get the refund yet,, they did not send the invoice to my email,, I am sending emails with no response at all ,, i need to know when to transfer the rest of the cash

Arrived at 11 pm .. we didn’t find water in rooms. Room doors are difficult to open and could trap kids inside .. cleaning staff enter the room while “don’t disturb sign “ was on..

Reception staff were not friendly.. and tried to take extra money for a service they did not offer.

Bed was comfortable , lobby area was good but the span machine didn’t work

They deducted the the amounts so many times and didn’t return it to my Visa Even with no disturb sign on the door and as a button They knocked on my room and called me Buffet food was below average Waiter at the buffet was rude Receptionist on my check in was rude and he saw I had flowers for my birthday and offer anything as happy birthday not even a word

Location was very good, breakfast was good but time needs to be extended to 11 am to accommodate late risers

Breakfast was very good, good service from the ladies also.

I went for evening dinner once and the food was cold....there were no heaters under the dishes to keep the food warm. I was the first one there...nobody else.....food was ok, not brilliant but it was expensive for what it was....£60gbp...too much.

Location, interior design, room space and gym

The front disc was not flexible when we came 40 minutes before check in time and kept us waiting until 3 sharp, and even then we had to alert him about the time

I enjoyed my staying in Marriott. They upgraded my room for free :) and gave me late check out for free as well. The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful especially the reception staff (Ammar) Thank you for your service and hospitality. I do recommend it to everyone.

Very expensive hotel no breakfast $300 no breakfast

The price for the breakfast is too expensive

Cleanness of the room. Kindness of the staff. Location. Personal trainer at the gym. Food quality. Car valet service. Main lobby free Saudi Coffee and Dates.

It was one night I can’t remember anything that I didn’t like.

Fantastic Staff, Exceptionally clean, Fabulous Breakfast and Wonderful Pool Sauna and Steam Room. The lounge and business meeting rooms are also extremely good.

Curtain is not black out… and light comes in … really you can’t sleep at all over daytime.

Everything was just perfect. Everyone super kind and helpful. Super fast service. Friendliest staff - especially the breakfast service staff was super sweet & I enjoyed every privat chat that I had with them. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would definitely!!
