Wifi sometimes stops working

The staff was very helpful especially Mahmoud Eid and Mohamed, offered all kinds of support to ensure having a great stay

I used the yoga mat, the gym machines and the weights. My room was very quiet. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is very clean. You really need to call a taxi when you want to go somewhere. I visited the old town, the aquarium, and the Dead Sea Mall.

I was hoping to see yogurt at the breakfast. The hotel like the city of Jeddah, is very humid. The swimming pool was closed most of the days I was there. I never saw any water in the jacuzzi. Don't expect a view from the window. Every building in the area is seven stories tall.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming starting from the security up to management and I like to tank Mr Ahmed Mutadares and Mr Yasser Alyamany. The room was clean and we even got a complimentary fruit plater.

The hotel was very clean, luxurious, spacious, and had a beautiful lobby.

Only the shower was disappointing — there was no water pressure.

Excellent location, not far from the corniche. We went to Jeddah for the Grand Prix, so it was great value for money. Friendly staff and wonderful customer service.

The room was very quiet, spacy and with a huge bed. Rich and very good breakfast but the coffee options were very limited.The staff is very friendly and helpful, mentioning in particular.Faisal at the receptiom and another male employee whose.name unfortunately I don't know. The cleaning and kitchen staff was also friendly.

I missed free Saudi qahwa and daten at the entrance; maybe it's less habitual in Jeddah than in Riyadh.

Pillows were very badthey clean the room flor and bathroom with DITTOL which the smell is killing and if you hav kids or old family member or asthmatic person they will have difficulty in breathing (very old cleaning solution??!! I wonder why they still using DITTOL), cleaning not up to m expectation.

Excellent staff.

Too much construction noise and trash in front of the property. The pictures are a bit deceptive.

My stay is Service is satisfactory and normal cleaning, staff attentive, from check-in room satisfactory .

The experience frustrating. It affects the overall comfort and value of the stay. What i accepted it is not on acceptation, Toilet not matched the hotel standard used very low quality product, Toilet floor also not well maintained.

I was about to give a terrible review because of the "security" guard who preferred to sleep rather than allowing me and my family access to the parking lot during check in. I literally woke him up politely to let me in but he just opened his eyes and went back to sleep as we were not there. I never saw anything like that before. But then, all the other staff were on point, friendly and professional. Not to give a bad image to his fellow colleagues, the night security guard was alert, prompt and an excellent front line staff. I salute him.

My friend and I stayed for one night. The hotel was nice, with really impressive interior design. The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and had a great variety.The customer service was outstanding. My friend ordered a pizza through room service but wasn’t satisfied with it. The staff responded immediately, offering alternative meals or other solutions. Their quick reaction and willingness to accommodate really showed their professionalism and customer-first mindset.

The spa area was a bit of a disappointment. The sauna wasn’t working, nor was the hammam. The swimming pool was quite small, and while the jacuzzi was decent, it wasn’t particularly impressive. If the spa facilities received more attention, this hotel would be truly outstanding.

Nice property.20 mins from airport without traffic .Stayed for 1 night prior to flight.

Pool is only open for women in early hours. We arrived with kids after checkin and couldn’t use the pool which is a shame.

The staff were amazing! They were extremely friendly and hospitable. The restaurant, buffet and a la carte, was fantastic!

There was no hot water.

Muhammad the baggage handler was really good, he greeted us at the door, welcomed us over to reception! Check in was quick and easy. Our luggage was delivered to our room right away. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.The breakfast was good. I liked being able to request a hot egg at the omelet station Room service was good. The order was delivered as ordered, In a timely fashion. food arrived hot and was tasty.

I didn't like the (non) view from my window. I didn't like the noise from the loud construction taking place right aside my window. The beach is not a close walking distance from the hotel as was indicated.

Location near the Corniche and walking distance to several stores, coffee shops, and restaurants

I wish the view from my room was much better. I had a view of the side of another building

Very limited car’s parking Carpet and furniture are not up to my expectations in term of cleanness. Food are excellent.

Nice location and breakfast had a lot of variety each day. Our favorite part was the evening manager Faisal - he was very helpful, friendly, and kind - the hotel is extremely lucky to have him!
