Water front kitchen working hours to close 4PM is very early .It should be 6 or 7 at least .

The hotel claims to be a 5-star establishment, but the service falls short of even 1 star. I am not satisfied with my experience. The hotel in Jeddah needs to improve its management. My small carry-on was missing from the start. Inside the hotel, I had to go down by myself to locate it. I found it in the lobby without any supervision; I simply grabbed it and returned upstairs! It wasn't very clean by my standards, especially considering the high price they charge. Additionally, they required a deposit, which I was told would be returned to my card within a few days. However, I have been waiting for a month, and it is still pending. Just stay away from this hotel; it will ruin your vacation, believe me. I once went to Shangri-La in Paris, and this has nothing to do with anything. I'm surprised they both have the same name!

I booked sea view and what I got is partial sea view , and when I asked they told me all the rooms have partial view !!

Location is great. Breakfast and Lunch Buffet was excellent.

Valet was charging 75 SAR per time you park not per day like other hotels.

Sea view was exceptional from the 23rd floor. The entire place is super prestigious and it is definitely a luxury experience. Location is accessible from multiple directions and a main streets.

Water pressure in the shower was low. They don’t allow delivery drivers to enter the hotel nor do they pickup your delivery for you. You have to meet any delivery driver yourself outside the door. They don’t provide different types of pillows. Free parking is limited and paid parking costs as much as valet parking.

Great hotel with an amazing sea view. The breakfast was great. The also have a delicious Lebanese restaurant (Niyyali) The room was very clean. Staff were friendly. Location: is considered one of the prime locations in Jeddah (in front of the Corniche "water front", also next to redsea mall.

My only negative observation: The noise/sound isolation between room was terrible. I was able to hear all the noise from the room next door which was not pleasant.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was enjoyable. However, a major drawback was that external deliveries are not brought to the rooms or even to the reception. Guests are required to go to the main gates to collect their orders. Considering the extremely hot weather and high humidity, this policy was especially inconvenient.

The room was clean

The food was very very very bad, below average, 0/10. The AC has no sound which makes it very difficult to sleep when you can hear a pin drop outside.

The prime location, beautiful view, luxurious room, and friendly staff made my stay at Shangri-La Jeddah unforgettable.

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay at Shangri-La Jeddah.
