First, Mosquitoes!! The park need to do about it. It’s everywhere and even inside the room. AC was too clod even when i set the ac to off. Room isolation is not perfect. Also, the hotel didn’t inform me in advance that breakfast will be in the room because the restaurant is close for maintenance.

Great Place to stay and staff are so polite. The manager was excellent I can't remeber his name but great manager who made us wellcome and gone that extra yard to make us feel comfortable.

I booked it for me and my husband to get a day off from the daily parents responsibility as a new year run away so we chose something on the beach but it was a disaster!! Night time the garden view lights are off , hotel seemed like a ghost house , facility looked like it's a 10000000 years old place , not been taking care of ! In simple words the worst hotel Iv ever stayed in

Roos are small , lights are either off or on do dim lights, curtains are bad sunlight came in and we couldn't sleep room service didn't take our order on time because they went to pray !!

The hotel is gorgeous and very quiet and clean.

the toilet and shower, tabs are old and need replacement or maintenance. The TV is old and tired and the channels available were too limited and not fun.

bed is not comfortable at all , I can hear all the external sound it was so annoying you should work on that whit that high prices for rooms for one night and please all the wood in rooms need to renew it become old is not something nice to see that

the furniture and the doors all is old and rusty, and they charge me for 500 extra for deposit until now they didn’t refund it for me

the staff was very nice. the rooms are also very good. breakfast was very big, with lots of variety! location is also good.

there are no mosquito nexts on the windows, if you open the window at night millions of mosquitos fly in.

it is nice and clean and you feel the luxury every where, in addition the view was amazing in day and night.

actually the front desk staff specially when i checked out, in addition i did not see any special treatment for sweet renters while they pay a lot, and the value is too high if you compare with other 5 stars hotels in the same location.
