Comfort Hotel Jeddah King Road

The man in night reception was excellent as well as the two ladies that I me in front disk daytime were good while the shift manager was below my expectation

Breakfast menu and offer is below 3 stars setup while their services was great.

The whole stay was great.I always reseve a room in this hotel when I come back from Mecca, and stay for a night just before I keave to Riyadh. The room always has the right temperature. The bed is very comfortable, the halls are often very quiet, and the service is impeccable. The breakfast is great.Car parking available at the premises.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The service exceeded our expectations, and the warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended

Comfort , clean , value for money & friendly staf

Very clean room and comfortable bed. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The water pressure for the shower was weak and already communicated to the reception.

Besides how clean and organized it was, the staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful and genuinely smiling all the time.

The room is so big ,clean and comfortable..staff is so friendly from the reception to the room service specially shohanour, nurul and shohan they made sure we have all what we need in the room and were so nice to the kids ..

Room is super clean.Check in was easy.Staff are communicative.Room is spacious.

Clean and tidy. Nice staff with English speaking.

The online food delivery is not allowed to reach home. I was with ihram and needed to go to the reception each time to collect the food. The breakfast has very limited verity.

The bed ,Pillows ,location , bathroom and breakfast

Non beside they have to add more water as complementary e.g 4 small bottles and instead of two

Location, high quality standards, value for money

The only thing I would change are carpets under the beds, they are worn out.

Amazing location, the room size was perfect and very clean and modern furniture. The staff were very friendly and helpful, i got upgraded for free to a suite and i really liked it very comfortable place with all the needed facilities.

You can hear the noises from the corridor but it’s not that loud.

The staff very kind with welcome smile face.I thank the receptionist and special thank to Captain Shahin and to house keeper Elias.

GSM coverage at some room weak need optimization

Super great experience with great staff. Special thanks to Rafeef in the reception area, Mohammed Shahin and Chef Ghulam in the restaurant. Definitely visiting again
