Ewaa Express Hotel - Al Rawda

Toilet was overflowing water every time to flush it looks water pressure set to high I complain next day, service was provided fast to fix it, but after fixed went back to same issue

Very good location, place was clean, and service courteous

Parking area is a little tight

Quality stay with mini kitchen setup inside room, other Interior and room amenities all are modern and latest.

Main road is just underneath of the buiding and narrow entrance at the basement parking lot

The accomodation was great, the staff were very helpful especially Mohammad and Tarek from the front desk.

Noisy at late nights with no response from reception, no parkings, smoking area in front of room

The room was clean and comfortable. Not too far away from the center.

No breakfast due to Ramadan although the room was sold "breakfast included". The staff was somewhat helpful but I wasn't happy with the breakfast situation and they didn't try to solve the problem. I'd say I didn't get my money's worth. Also it's advertised that they have a spa & wellness center. They don't. They have a small gym.

The hotel supposed to be closed, it appeared in booking.com so we dont have idea when we arrived that they still process our check in for 4 days. We found out that there are areas on renovation and feels like unsafe. My son was hurt on the basement area, there were no signage of warning for the glass. He bumped the glass and it shattered. My son was hurt and asked us to compensate the damage.We paid extra compensation with no receipt provided.

No clear entrance, a glass door with (CLOSED) sign, I had to call them to know the exact entrance.Rooms were not noise-proof, I could hear many discussions in other rooms, so couldn't get good sleep

The team working there is amazing, especially Naïf at the reception. He went above and beyond to assist me, even though I arrived early at the hotel. His understanding and effort were truly exceptional.

* Hidden entrance (sort of)* Difficult to miss hotel building ; no clearly visible sign.* Quite POOR breakfast, quality, variety AND quantity. If finished 1/2 hour before finish time, they don’t even replenish!

The location is good you can reach to most places from that spot
