Aged rooms, water clogging in bathroom, broken ironing table, uncomfortable beds

Staff are friendly .

This complain is abou Booking com , because I have asked for king sized bed -sea front room but when I landed in Jaddah I discovered that my reservation says it is city front and there wasn't any room with the specifications I have asked for .The staff at end after (68) minutes finnd me a room in eleventh floor wicth wasn't renovated yet and instead of (5) days which were able to prolonged to (12) I have stayed only (4) days .

Very expensive

I came for a one-night stay for work.The stay was comfortable, and the room was up to expectations.I booked a room with a full sea view; the view was stunning, especially in the morning and at sunset.The hotel was close to the corniche and the corniche walkway – you don't need a car to reach it.The breakfast was varied, fresh, and delicious, suitable for all tastes.The staff were polite and cheerful.Overall, I enjoyed the entire stay.

Not worth the cost

breakfast was terrible, they delayed my check in to 4pm , staff with no training on how to speak and and handle the guests

The construction has been going on for a few years now! Also after the renovation, the rooms don't have start TVs. The rooms are not sound proofed. I could hear everything outside my room. What did you renovate? Just the decorations?

It was a hotel structure befitting its name. Amazing building. Quality staff. Absolutely amazing in the lovely city of Jeddah.

Pricey though. Cup of coffee to the room 46 riyals ??

The check in took 3 hours and there was lots of construction works going on so really noisy

I reserved a room for two adults with breakfast included in the rate. However Receptionist said breakfast is for one person only, I showed him a screen shot pf my reservation and yet he said this is not our system this is Booking!!!! He contacted his manager in duty who agreed with him!!!! Plus huge renovation is going on in the level jut below us with all kinds of noisy!!

I stayed at the Jeddah Hilton for two nights, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. Prior to arrival, I was not informed of any renovation taking place at the hotel. Only after confirming my check-in did I receive a call stating that my room would be affected by renovation noise daily from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. At that point, I could no longer cancel without penalty or find another property. When I requested an alternative solution, the staff could not provide one until I insisted on speaking with a manager, after which I was moved to a higher-level room.Additionally, I was told that there would be no water supply on my first day (Thursday) from 12:00 PM until 6:00 AM, which is something that should have been clearly communicated before booking. This heavily impacts a guest’s comfort and basic needs.During my stay, the hotel was also hosting what seemed to be a chocolate and coffee conference. The lobby and entrance areas were so crowded that entering and exiting the hotel was extremely difficult. I understand events being hosted, but guests should be informed in advance so they can choose whether they are comfortable staying during such events.On the second night, when we returned to the room, it was filled with a strong and unbearable smell of cigarette smoke. Even after opening the balcony, the smell did not clear. I have asthma, and the smoke triggered severe chest discomfort and difficulty breathing. I reported this to the duty manager around 2:00 AM. The only solution offered was for me to pack all my belongings and move rooms in the middle of the night, which was unreasonable and unprofessional under the circumstances.Despite all of this, the next morning at 11:20 AM, I received a call reminding me that checkout was at 12:00 PM, with no acknowledgment of the issues I experienced, the lack of sleep, or my health concerns.

No Smart TV !! I was like really, it has affected my experience badly You can’t see the sea view when you are laying on the bed!!
