Hawadah Hotel

Room was clean and a decent size. Location was a little out of the way. Breakfast was a surprise, it was more like a dinner! So much food to eat, big bowl of chicken in a nice tangy sauce, lots of bread to put it in, lots of vegetables to add to it and coffee tea and eggs. And that's for 1 person, see photo. Plus it was delivered to our room.

The bathroom vanity was a little run down and there was mold in the shower area. Bath could use a facelift and a good scrub.

The front desk Mr Abdulrahman what a humble and helpful guy , he was there for all queries he didn’t his answers were always on spot , he made our stay as if we were at home , A BIG THANKS to ABDULRAHMAN

The room is very comfortable, location walking distance to Cornish.

Parking kinda limited and we get only piece of towel.

the district where the hotel located is quiet & peaceful & nearby the corniche & al Quds street where lotta restaurants, cafes & supermarkets exist

the room service was poor & i had to insist to ask for somebody to come & clean the room. i had to ask for water at least 3 times in order to get 2 bottles of 250 ml ?

very bad condition in term of cleanliness and hygiene..the bathrooms are rusty and there are issues with the maintenance.

small small this were missing until you ask them such as soapy, fewer towel than number of guest.

Only the location

Not at all worth the money paid. The room was not cleaned on daily basis. When asked for towel replacement they mentioned the towel stock is over. My colleague and myself had breakfast only 1 day and it was not at all fresh. Per per cost was 40SAR and so we individually swiped our cards and asked for the invoice. They mentioned that the system is down and so would provide us the invoice later. After following up for 2 days the day I was checking out I was given an invoice of 80 SAR. When 2 different people have swiped the card of 40SAR each how can they give a combined invoice of 80 SAR. The hotel is definitely having illegal accounting which the revenue department needs to audit ASAP. When I insisted for a separate invoice they were giving me an invoice of a previous day of same value. When my transaction is of 7th Feb how can they give me an invoice of 6th Feb. They had no answer to the problem and I had to finally checkout with the 80SAR invoice. I would never recommend this property to any of my colleagues or friends.

It's a nice hotel with good location the staff is very nice specially Ms.Afnan, Ms.Lubna and Ms.Miyaar on the front desk are very welcoming and cooperative. Satisfied with my stay. ?

The location was very nice.

The housekeeping wasn’t support without permission of the reception, u need to call them for cleaning and change the towels + fill the coffee corner.

I will be fair if I said this was the worst experience I have ever had in my whole life.

everything starting from the reception staff till the left which one was working and I had to wait for long to get my room or leaving the hotel.

every thing is fine specially the two chairs and the table beside the window you can see the sea from there and the water fountain

the elevator;they working only one elevator for the gusts and it’s take time to go to ur room
