The hotel is bad because of the following :1. Cigarette smells in the room and aisle.2.no toiletries, no towels.3 no kettle4.not accessible to anything like restaurant

Unfortunately, the hotel was quite disappointing. The room was very humid, with no sunlight coming in and no view — just a wall and noisy industrial air conditioning units running constantly outside. The noise made it very uncomfortable, and overall, it’s not a pleasant place to stay. Given the price, it’s definitely not worth it. I would not recommend it.

If you normally go to hotels, you'll be surprised by this one. No coffee machine, no water (have to purchase downstairs) I came in and there was no towels of any kind. I couldn't call reception from phone so I had to go downstairs and ask for towels. They said we will bring up, then a few moments later they show up with one towel. My wife and I were staying so we needed two towels and hand towels (the norm).The bed was dirty with hairs all over the duvet and pillows. We weren't sure if it was washed so we had to put something on the bed and pillow to sleep on it.We actually considered just leaving and getting a room in another hotel but luckily we were only there for our last night.I later went down again to reception around 11pm and asked for towels again, they then brought us two towels.Around 12am I went down to 'buy water' from their cafe but it was closed and they don't offer water so I had to walk to a super market that was 10-15 min walk to buy water. It was overall a very uncomfortable stay. The only pro I'd say was that its close to the corniche but they really need to improve on their services

- The room key must be updated daily! It's really annoying, to come every day to go up to the room and then have to go down to the reception for the activation.- No wifi.- No towels.- they took more money from me, more than the hotel price, it was 722 for 3 days with tax almost cost 830 SAR but they took 913 SAR !!!

Nothing at all. It was a joke A to Z.

Mohammed at the reception desk was extremely helpful. From arriving at the hotel to when I left he was very attentive. The hotel was in good location and the room was of good size with comfortable beds. I stayed one night as it was a stop over to medina. As I was check-in out, I asked Mohammed if he knew anyone that can take us to Medina, which he instantly arranged for me on the spot. This for me is real customer service and left me very pleased and with this simple gesture. This was my first trip to Jeddah and after my wonderful experience, I will look to visit again very soon.

Everything was good

The receptionists were really co operative . On request they have prolonged my stay for 2 hours with no extra charges at all. The room was super clean and very spacious and comfortable. Overall it was worth every penny. Definitely will book them again for my jeddah visit.

The place was clean, a/c very good, convenient parking under the the hotel, located very closely to Falasteen street, staff was nice, nice living space with a sofa and a top stove, you definitely can cook a meal there, also not to forget the microwave and the mini fridge. Pleasant experience overall.

The place is clean but needs more attention to detail.
