No thing but my recommendation for the hotel to improve the style of docuration , every thing is fine but need stylish docuration

acceptable... due to lack of time, we couldn't get the benefit of any facility

all the stay the cleaning person was cleaning the passage of the rooms... during the day time...

The property was clean and spacious.

Lacking some finishing. The windows still had the plastic on the frames and the apartment is a bit impersonal.

The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The location was close to the airport as well as Red Sea Mall and Mall of Arabia.

The 2 bedroom suite was very spacious with one super king bed and on suite bathroom and second bedroom with two queen size beds and the beds are super comfortable with a shared bathroom. The lounge area was spacious and there was also a kitchenette area.

Spacious and friendly staff. The breakfast was very nice. It’s very nice to stay there besides the location not far from the airport and nearby sites such as Red Sea mall. I enjoyed the stays there.

The place was decent. The parking provided is always nice. Everything else is pretty much average. As expected

There was a very loud noise and vibration in the bedroom and it made the whole stay rather annoying. It was difficult to fall asleep with that going on.

Spacious Rooms

I arrived at 4:00pm and the suite was not ready !?!

Good breakfast, Big spacious rooms, neat and clean facility, ample parking space available

Poor housekeeping services, No one cleaned the room even after many reminders, Room service menu not available and no one cared to provide,

Everything was just passable

They did not have the record of my breakfast being included in the room rate so the person at restaurant refused to let me in. Then i went to reception and wonderfully so the receptionist lady though she was courteous but didn't speak or understood any English. So using my broken Arabic and international sign language I explained to her that my room charges included breakfast. She understood after like 15 to 20 minutes. Then she took another 5 minutes to make the restaurant bouncer kind of a guy to understand the whole situation. By this time there was only 5 minutes left in breakfast time. Soon I sat for breakfast the bouncer / waiter guy came to tell me that breakfast time is over. I seriously dont understand how they can miss putting in my name in the list. And also why you would want to hire a non-english speaking person at the front desk or in the restaurant.

The check-in was very quick. The food was nice and the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was very good.

Big room, comfortable bed. Also though Booking.com says that the hotel accepts cash only and requires a cash deposit of 200 SAR, there was no deposit and you can pay with cards

Breakfast menu doesn’t change much

The breakfast was too limited.You need to call the service to clean the room even though I put the sign out, but the room was not cleaned.

I found small flies in the bathroom and air conditioner was not working

Close to the airport and a good value for money. Property is very clean

To serve breakfast in the room will cost 70sr. This is free service in most hotels. I also had to call the receptionist several times for little things that are normally provided in a hotel room (soap, slippers, toothbrush etc)

Noisy, indoor pool in Air conditioning floor with no water heater

Good value for money. Friendly staff. Spacious room and good power shower. Hotel provided us with good sahur for Ramadan with good variety. Walking distance to Hera shopping mall

Small issue of the TV was on a side wall adjacent to the bed. Air conditioning in our first room was not so powerful. However they did immediately give us the option of a different room

I still concedr it one of the best places to stay in

the stiffness of the pillows , and I don't know why I hadn't asked to change them .TV quality .Althogh, you can order through the apps from outside, yet the food brikfast and kitchen need creativity. I've been there always the same.
