The staff were very friendly and helpful

The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, which was great, but we didn’t end up cooking because the burner wasn’t working, and there was no exhaust system.

I booked 3 days, 2 nights and asked to leave after one day but they didn’t accept to return my money back

No kitchenette. And family suit wzout microwave.

location was okay.

from 3am to 7am, there was a disturbing noise seeping through the walls. like people screaming. bedbug infestation evident. pool water was cloudy, no regular cleaning done. parking is almost non existent, there is a tiny basement parking area but will not fit SUVs.

Neighbors in the hotel were very noisy, there was no slippers, no tissues, no towel, the door of the bakadosh was broken. The hotel needs renovation.

Friendly staff

Room not clean. Also The room was suppose to be non smoking and yet there definitely was people smoking in the same room prior. I don't recommend Also The hotel messed up my booking and made me pay for one night only instead of the 3 nights, and with a higher price. When I asked them to fix it the next day because it was the employee's fault they were not helpful so I decided to leave.

I booked a room and when I arrived it wasn’t ready, so I had to wait an hour to check in.

Stayed here as base for the Formula One race.Friendly staff. Apartment was ok. Rooftop pool was good. Restaurant just beside hotel.

Apartment was only equipped with items for 2 people - 2 chairs, 2 cups, 2 sets of towels ect. We were 3. Got more towels and managed alright with the other stuff.Apartment wasn't serviced, which was ok for us but mighn't for others.On the last day of our stay there was work going on in one of the apartments. There was drilling until after 2am. It was the first day of Ramadan. Not sure if that was the reason for the very late work activities.

Very close from the airport. 15 minutes ride by Uber. Lots of restaurants nearby. Rooftop swimming pool.

Stuffs are very friendly but they don’t speak English that much.
