Rasis Serviced Apartments

I like every thing the clean apartment and the nice stay every thing is good the conditioner,water heater,well prepared kitchen,wide and comfortable beds and nice staff at the reception.

Maybe that the places l went is far from the hotel like traditional markets and some little street noise.

Stayed 3 nights. The rooms were spacious, beds were clean.The housekeeping service was surprisingly good and fast.

Carpet and sofas looked stained. They should try to have cleaner carpets and furniture.The facility is located near gas station, so during working hours there is noise of loading / unloading gas cylinders, however, close windows reduce the noise.

I had excellent experience as I stayed with my family.Special thanks to the staff member Mr. Ismail as he was very cooperative and helpful during my stay.

Noise from outside the building, tv are not smart, water pressure were not good

It’s proximity to all necessities. Corniche, food places all are near if you have car. It’s a nice and clean property, basement and off street parking is available all the time. I have been staying here for few years and always enjoyed the stay. Kudos to the staff, nice and always helpful.

Its so dirty, the carpet, the chairs! They have to change the furniture (not to clean it) since its too old and dirty! It was one of the worst experiences i had!

The Room was specious, clean and woww.The location very key and central. Avery nice apartment I will super recommend for anyone travelling to Jeddah.Very affordable prize.

There is construction going on in the front of the building.with sound and no proper road to the parking.i saw that after i reached there.they never updated me about that through WhatsApp.

Spacious apartment, best for a family of 5 with kids. Excellent location close to markets and many restaurants. Welcome Saudi qahwa at the reception. Parking facility is available. Staff was very attentive.

No breakfast. For a cost I paid, it was a great deal. No complaints.

It wasn’t clean. The ground was dirty, the washroom had a very bad smell. The bed and sheets looked old and wake up in the morning scratching my body.
