The bed is very comfortable, the location just a walking distance from Hera mall

Limited parking, might have to park a cross road if the parking in front of the hotel are full

Nice decor and was clean

Location was in residential area although a mall nearby.

Everything was good except someone was smoking next to us in a nonsmaking room and it came into our room. I got really sick from it.

Booking site said there would be cribs and staff member said they had cribs they could offer but didn't find any after we paid them. They did not care. Staff didn't fulfill their promise of finding cribs. We booked 2 rooms. They weren't as clean as we had hoped. Stains on the carpet and smell of smoke. They have smoking rooms right next to nonsmoking rooms. They should be on separate floors but they're right next to each other. Overall, not a good choice for someone with a family or kids.

Only the location

The bed was not made at all, we were 3 people staying in the room but were provided with one towel. We were not provided with towels even though we requested them repeatedly until at last we were. Filthy carpets, dismissive staff and the shower door didn't close, flooding the toilet when used,

The food was good. I just prefer that while having breakfast I'm seeing the view outside. So, you might want to consider putting tables near the windows.

The room is not sound proof. I heard noises and voices from the corridor as well as from the adjacent room.

The reception employee ( talba ) was extremely kind with me + the property smells nice and looks great, the bed room and toilet was very clean also the basement parking is big and wide , this hotel will be my new favourite destination always when i come to Jeddah

Messy lobby area, pertually having people who looked like transit passengers with a Lot of luggage and boxes all over the place.Also location is near Al Naeem rather Salamah location. This needs correction. Staff was courteous.

They don’t offer breakfast , health club and swimming pools were not functional so be careful while booking if you are looking for free breakfast,gym or swimming pool

a bit far from the city center. Cost a few bucks to get around Jeddah. No organized breakfast and the room service for breakfast is both expensive and so not good value for money. No options and the taste is weak.
