Very nice experience, hotel is clean and staff is very kind and available.

Its a few minutes walk to middle Corniche if u want some sea breeze …lots of Shops and Stores nearby for groceries…Hotel Staffs are good and accommodating. Its in the City Center closed to Malls…Location isn’t hard to find specially when booking car rides.

Mr, Khalid, the young receptionist, well comes me with his smile, and he upgrades my room. He is such a great person. MR. Mehboob, the room boy , was very helpful. Thanks to the Hotel Management having such a nice staff.

I don't experience anything like everything was really bad

The room is not clean, there is water leaking from the fridge and always water spilling from the kitchen sink. The bathroom is not clean, the reception staff is very rude and finally I left the room one night before what I booked.

A big stain on the carpet in front of my bedA very suspectively old towelNo new towels available in the hotel upon request No iron neither iron desk available in the hotelMy room wasn’t made up, no new stock of water and bath gel and champoo was ever renewed The water mixer doesn’t work thoroughly in the bathroomThe bathroom is very small and dirtyThe tea pot without cable, no use of it, no coffee in the roomThe cable from the microwave isn’t enough to reach the socketNo cafe or any cafeteria or any beverage service available And, icing on the cake, someone woke me up at 2:30 a.m. in order to take a copy of my passport and take my mobile number

Cosy quite stay perfect to walk around and to try different food specialities

They did not have change, so we got back the rest of our money the day after. Our room was very urine-smelly but because we were exhausted from flying from Vienna to Jeddah, we did not bother to ask for a new room. In the room of our friends everything was sort of okay.

Hotel rooms are too clean and maintained well. It is located in prime location and corniche is at walking distance. Completely satisfied with the stay.
