The location

I would like to bring several issues to your attention that I believe could help improve your service and enhance the tenant experience.Firstly, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. I discovered a nail on the couch, the floor was not properly cleaned, and the towels appeared worn out.Additionally, there was no sanitary kit in the bathrooms, nor were there slippers provided, which I found surprising given my experiences at other hotels.I also experienced noise coming from the air conditioning unit, which affected my sleep.I'm sharing this feedback with the hope that it will be taken into account for future improvements.Furthermore, I noticed that your pricing is higher than that of nearby hotels offering similar amenities, and I didn't feel that the value justified the cost.Regrettably, I must say that my stay did not meet my expectations, and I doubt I will return as a regular customer.

It was clean.

WiFi was terrible and u had to change to another hotel later. I was given an apartment without a bath tub. The staff didn’t care if the WiFi does not work. Their response being it happens some times

There was an order to evacuate the property but still they were accepting customers!! Signs by the authorities were everywhere which intimidating!

Staff is very professional and friendly. Mr. Faysal from reception with a delightful attitude is an amazing asset to this organization. He is first impression of your business and my first impression was good.

It's location in on the highway so it lacks food and grocery options but u can always order online.

The staff is uncooperative, unprepared, and lacks competence in welcoming guests. We arrived two hours after the check-in time, yet the rooms were not ready, and no alternative solutions were offered. The beds are uncomfortable, and the service is poor and slow.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.

Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials. Hotel central, everything we needed for a short visit to Jeddah.

As always the studio is spacious and the overall facilities are very good.

They won't allow the delivery man to come up to my room for some reason and I had to go down to get my order.

The room and facilities were great and so was the staff.

However there was no access to any of the cooking equipment only the 2 cups with the kettle

I always love to stay at this hotel when I visit Jeddah for many reasons, including location , facilities, and breakfast. The bonus this visit was Mr.Abdulrahim at the front desk. He was so professional and helped me and my family to the max

Requires maintenance

Lack of care in toilets and AC maintenance. Late room service.

I like the front office staff , room service staffs and restaurant.... value for money during normal time as some time the rate was very high ( during Formula 1)

Basement parking /Cats

The staff are the best. Abdelrahim in particular was so helpful and so professional. Love this hotel, the location and the ambiance. The hotel is modern, clean and the decor is terrific. Will stay here again for sure.

The coffee at breakfast could be better.

1- The buffet had many choices2- Car Parking

1- The bed was not comfortable.2- The price was very expensive and the Room standard was very average.3- I asked to extend my stay one night, and the employee replied that they did not have available rooms, I was shocked on booking.com that they have many available rooms! (This behavior indicates greed).4- Some staff need training in dealing with hotel residents.
