Overall Bad, I would pay 150SR max if I wasn’t using booking

A booking of over 600 with breakfast.I came and the pool was a chalet pool and it was ruined and under maintenance, and the plants were plastic. The difference is 180 degrees from the booking photos.The breakfast menu is 30 pages long on the website. When I asked them, they said they didn't have anything on the menu.they said “We have labneh, beans, and bread, and it will be delivered to your room, not a buffet.”The bathrooms are rusty and has exposed electrical connections in the shower. The TV has no channels. They put it like this.The door of the room was dirty

The room was not that clean and the electricity was very bad we heard electrical sound then the bathroom lights shut down.We called the reception so many times and no one answered.

There was no bath ropes, also the Resturant need to have everything on the menu available.

The location, cleanness, room size, and facilities are great

The one thing I didn’t like is the late check in and early checkout, most of the hotels policies is check in starts from 3pm and checkout is till 2pm.I was really bothered by the staff who kept calling from 11 am for the checkout

Breakfast very delicious and good service.

Room carpet very dirty and stained. Bathroom very worn and broken here there and everywhere. Repairs all patchwork. Very disappointed. I stayed here after nikkah and widai and felt stupid for paying such a lot of money.

Food was great , location is excellent , Sari road is busy, so a little noisy, and hard to cross to get to the other side...overall this is my place in Jeddah!

The pool is not bad but small on the ground floor at the backside.

The room was spacious, clean, the staff are wonderful and helpful. The location is great.limited underground parking available. Early accessible on major road with close proximity to many shopping.

Breakfast is available in room service; I wish they had a restaurant it would made the experience better. They do not have a business center. The onsite cafe is established but not active.

Bathroom faucets were leaking. Curtains were stained. Coffee table wasn’t clean, stained. Reception called me the next day asking me to check out, despite of the fact that I checked out the same night I checked in.
