Good location. Comfortable bedBig rooms with wifiGood bathroom Very very helpful stuff. We booked a rental car and the person in the rental car did not understand English. Lady, who was in reception in the morning, helped us. Talked with him in arabic and explained everything to us. It really helped us. So a big thumbs up for that.

Toilet not working. They couldn't fix too. We had to manually get water in bucket to flush by hand. Shower when checkin very dirty (hair etc) all over. Won't recommend.
Size of the room
the cleaning of the room was never done, only 1 set of towels for 3 days, dirty, smelly.NO RESTAURANT NOR BREAKFAST AREA
the window was broken and can’t be locked . if any kid or grown man lean on it they would fall from the 5th floor. the door cant be locked from inside so the kid can open it and get out. in fact these are extremely important safety issues.
The staff is good, the hotel is new, has big rooms and clean, perfectly equipped with all the necessary items.

No one can contact them through phone. If you forgot something there, no one will help you to back it. You will be more lucky if they reply to you with sorry within an hour.Bad at all.

Bad smell on every were especially the bathroom very dirty and also I cant sleep out side l hear the car very very noisy .
regarding the room nothing really
unclean living room , bathroom , no tv in the bed room , staff not really friendly , unprofessional .
