Hyatt House Jeddah Sari Street

Clean, location , hospitality

Parking

Home away from home with breakfast. The free self laundary service was great especially since i was travelling with kids.

The checking in was a bit confusing since you have to take the elevator to get to the lobby. This should be communicated with guest in advance to avoid confusion.

excellent hotel, with full kitchen, and free laundry (that was extra-ordinary)

the location is a bit off, if you don't want to walk.

Great staff, excellent location, very clean and excellent food

Having free laundryGood food variety at breakfastGood serving staff at restaurant

Clean spacious

The mattress was uncomfortable and sinking in. Pillows were flat and additional pillows made it very uncomfortable

Pool was lovely for the kids, breakfast was pretty good

There was some dirt on side tables, cleanliness could have been better

Very clean , helpful, friendly staff

The A/C was not easy to switch off…

The breakfast was really beyond expectations Helpers and doormen are really nice and friendly and smiling all the timeLocation is great, hotel is clean and quite, rooms are really spacious and clean

The air-condition doesnt work properly, was hot most of time, called for fix and someone came to adjust settings but nothing worked, room service inattentive,we are three guests but room came with one dental kit,one slipers and two towels, when we called we got all but extra towels, one staff at restaurant busy talking on his phone while attending to guests, when checking out we called for someone to pick up the bags but no one came so we carried out bags out ourselves

Very clean, good breakfast and warm and welcoming staff

Not too many options for dinning close by.

This hotel was one of the most comfortable we’ve stayed in. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight — beautiful and relaxing. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed. We also appreciated the free laundry facilities; just make sure to bring or buy detergent. Highly recommend!

The cleanness and the staff professionalism

The AC and ventilation system seems old and no outside air can be allowed in the rooms

Room size was good. Beds were comfy. Wi fi ok.

Long wait at reception for check in. Hotel Facilities aren’t great. Breakfast was poor - not more choice. Dinner for room service was basic.

The staff were friendly and location was good.

We specifically asked for a non-smoking quiet room. We were given a room that stank horrendously of cigarettes. It made my partner and I sick. The air conditioning would also not switch off, so could not get the temperature right and the sound kept us awake all night. We got very little sleep for the one night we were there.

Positives: Good location, friendly staff, got a room upgrade.Area for improvement: breakfast is edible but not enjoyable, indoor parking space is tight, and carpet needs to get a better shampoo job.

Bf was good but limited variety

Cleaniess and bed room

Size and comfort of room was great. Bathroom was spacious. Very quiet and peaceful

Wry clean band super kind reception by both the people at the sign in

Clean, comfortable and spacious

Staff, location, services, and breakfast were great value for money.

Would be great if windows can be opened for getting fresh air. They all sealed and cannot be opened at all.

Cleanliness.. the pillow and the comforter was clean . No any smells from previous guest. The cr was great and clean.
