No parking. It was a little bit difficult. The door passes didn’t work I think we came back thrice to ask for a functioning key but the receptionist did help us out.Limited food choices There was no spa when we visited.

Safe wasn’t working and hotel administration didn’t really replace it or fix it even with the many requests to do so.Morning shift of reception wasn’t well trained to take guests requests seriously even the simple one.

The hotel location is excellent close to everything. The rooms are good, but the furniture is dilapidated and scratched. The hotel management needs to work hard to renew furniture and bathrooms to maintain the evaluation and quality of the hotel.

The location very close to supermarkets and two malls. The personnel at the reception were great
Sometimes there was noisy people but this doesn’t related to the hotl
I gathered all the feedback from all our colleagues stayed there and their experience is not as good as it should be. The towels are not present in their room and they have to ask for it and the staff are not responsive. We used to book our team here so we expect better service going forward.

The checkin time took sooo long. There were no towels and we had to wait for next morning to take shower.
I had an excellent stay! The hotel was wonderful, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Abdulrahman stood out as exceptional and made our experience truly memorable!
The only minor issue was that we were two guests in the room, but only one towel was provided. It would be great to ensure enough towels are available for the number of guests!

Reception person was too bad, we booked the 3 rooms, and stated one of us will check-inn between 12-2 and 2 in the evening. Mr. Bander reported as stated and checked-inn. In the evening when we reported around 7 pm , reception guy said we have alloted your 2 rooms to other guest as you reported late. Isn't it shocking for you?

The hotel was pretty and had an overall nice vibe. I liked the decor of the main lobby and the lobby of the residential floors.
I didn't like the fact that the hotel ran out of toilet paper. Also, when we checked in the room wasn't ready. They seem to have been rushing to remedy the situation. However, I believe because of this they missed cleaning the bathroom, providing toilet tissue and enough towels. However, overall it was a pleasant stay and I would stay again.
